Room was clean. Good location. No in room facilities such as kettle, complimentary water etc. Some staff were friendlier than others.

Ich war eine Woche im Hotel Santa Marina und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem neueren Gebäude, ist aber komplett im venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren fast alle sehr freundlich, besonders aufmerksam waren Sra. Marina im Service, Sra. Ivanca auf der Etage und der junge Hotelpage, der meinen Koffer aufs Zimmer brachte und mir ungefragt noch einige Informationen bzgl. Frühstückszeiten, Telefonnummer der Rezeption etc gab. Mein Zimmer (Classic Doppelzimmer Nr. 204) wäre mir für zwei Personen bei einem längeren Aufenthalt zu klein gewesen, aber für mich allein war die Größe perfekt und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich mit seinen stoffbespannten Wänden und dem sehr bequemen Bett. Im Kleiderschrank hätte ich mir auf der einen Seite Fächer gewünscht statt auf beiden Seiten Kleiderbügel und auch sonst gab es nur wenige Möglichkeiten, Dinge zu verstauen. Die Fenster blickten auf den Campo, der abends und nachts absolut ruhig war. Das Bad war schön und geräumig, allerdings fand ich den Ausstieg aus der Wanne ziemlich gefährlich, weil nirgends ein Haltegriff angebracht war. Das WLAN in meinem Zimmer war leider nicht stabil, beim Streamen gab es oft Unterbrechungen und es war sehr langsam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Rühr- oder Spiegeleier sowie Pancakes wurden frisch zubereitet. Auch der Kaffee wurde serviert. Darüberhinaus gab es eine große Auswahl am Buffet sowohl für italienische als auch internationale Gäste.

Quarto pequeno! Banheiro pequeno e colocam essa calefação 30 graus ! Um funcionário chamado Jeremiah, foi extremamente mal educado desde o dia que chegamos até a nossa partida!

O quarto é lindo, muito fofo, limpeza bem feita, café da manhã muito bem servido, funcionários simpáticos. E a localização é no coração de Veneza. Amei a estadia! Recomendo muito

Excellent place and staff.

The breakfast was a good value, the room sparce, plastic glasses, no kettle or coffee in the room, and the bathroom and bed room were vwry small. The staff were not very helpful either.

The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Would definitely stay at this place again.

The hotel was perfectly situated, close to the main attractions and good restaurants and also a short (10 min) walk from the water bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and the bonus of a comfort lounge area and bar.

Rien à redire, nous retournions à cet hôtel pour la 7ème fois, nous avions pris une chambre supérieure, elle l'était. Personnel toujours aussi agréable.

Gammelt, men utrolig stilig gjennomført og ikke minst rent. Veldig god frokost for å være Italia. Nypresset juice hver dag og muligheter for egg og bacon om man vil ha.

La habitación parecía que estuviera en otro hotel, escalera empinada y estrecha para acceder a la misma, sin luz natural, con escalón entre el cuarto de baño y el dormitorio, he estado en habitaciones de hotel de dos estrellas que a está siendo de un cuatro estrellas la dan mil vueltas. En fin un despropósito. Ojala este comentario sirva de aviso a otros viajeros y tomen precauciones, porque la verdad no es agradable.

Good value hotel within easy walking distance of San Marco, Rialto and other major sights. Although the room was small it was well maintained and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really great service, very helpful. Everything was clean, modern, and worked. Attractive! All the desk staff and others were upbeat, effective, and responsive, and all but one were friendly. Only downside was that our sitting room was poorly lit.
