Poor wifi in room

Very pleasant stay

Only stayed one night. Slow WiFi, door was warped, and older facilities with fridge in bathroom. Housekeeping kept knocking on door and came in room even though we had late checkout and told them so. Otherwise clean and safe place to stay for a night.

The only bad thing is that the balcony is above the bed area and the neighbors complain.

The location has a beautiful view of the mountains and Tucson city. It has a nice walking trail around the property. Located closely to restaurants.

The staff were excellent, nice and attentive. However, the room was dysfunctional. The bathroom had been updated, but nothing else was updated. The desk was extra high, and the chair was extra low making it unusable. The TVs didn't work. The mini fridge is under the bathroom sink. There's a large heavy table in front of the patio doors, and a worn out sofa behind it. There was a mirror resting against the wall (not hung). There was also no bottled water in the room, and I was told by staff that they didn't have water. Staying in that room was way too much work, and the dysfunctional furniture arrangement made it uncomfortable.It felt like staying in a room that was being packed up to move or a storage unit for mismatched decor.

Beautiful facilities and comfortable rooms. The beds are amazing. We felt so relaxed here. Played pickleball. Will definitely be back.

Great location. Beautiful property. We go every year and love it there.

We had a great Memorial Day trip. The only hiccup was during check-in. Check in is at 4pm and we arrived at 5pm. Our room was not ready and we were asked to wait for it to be cleaned and inspected. The pool areas were fun for the kids. However, multiple umbrellas were broken and the pool was dirty Saturday night. Of course many people were swimming as it was a holiday weekend, but we had to ask for towels and the staff seemed to be lacking in numbers to properly maintain the pool areas and dining.

Room excellent! Pool areas Clean but small. Palm Restaurant had good food. Morning crew is excellent for service night crew very slow and inattentive. Grounds beautiful. Loved the hummingbird garden. Mature landscaping and architecture.

Loved the space in the casita for my family of four, and greatly appreciated late check out.

Very well maintained and renovated histic property. Spacious casitas. Average amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. Coffee stand in Lobby a great value. Didn't dine on property but Lobby restaurant had great views of Tucson. Trails and gardens on property well maintained and a nice relaxing morning stroll location.
