Magnifique Petit déjeuner excellent !

Friendly staff, spectacular, picturesque location, amazing rooms! Everything you'd need in a comfortable stay, really. But for those who like locations that are close to a city or close to shopping, just know that Kempinski's location is a little remote.

5 star hotel in 10 km from Gozo terminal

An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return.

Beautiful, sprawling hotel. Good service. Lovely outdoor pool. Only slight issue was a noisy family heard from above room.

Hotel un po datato ma molto elegante e accogliente. La camera era molto grande e affacciava sulle piscine. La Spa è ottima. Parcheggio comodo. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione. Lo stile Kempinski non delude mai.

It was very peaceful with lovely swimming pools. Staff were quick to address issues However the hotel was showing its age

Super Service, sehr gutes Essen, tolle Poolanlage. Aber, Sauberkeit bei Besteck, Teller und Tassen katastrophal, vorallem beim Frühstück. Insgesamt am unteren Limit für 5 Sterne

Ett jättefint hotell på alla sätt. Stora, rena rum med bekväma sängar. Utmärkt service Bra frukostbuffé med allt man kan önska sig. En helt underbar pool. Flera restauranger på hotellet Hotellet ligger lite avsides och det finns inte mycket av vare sig restauranger eller annat runt omkring. Vi var medvetna om detta från början så för oss var det inget problem, men man ska inte förvänta sig mycket till "nattliv" vare sig på hotellet eller i Gozos huvudstad Victoria som ligger några km bort. En bra sak var hotellets gratistransporter till stranden Ramla Bay. Ett fantastiskt ställe för lugn, ro och avkoppling. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

It’s a great property, but it’s very expensive; yet the quality of service at the reception offered is poor that I would have given a 1 star, but since some of staff members work harder than others, I’ll not. We needed the biggest suite for 7 which was unexpected, as only 5 of us were supposed to stay there. But all their so called big suites were actually not big enough… it took forever to get us checked in and we still didn’t have enough soap, towels and kitchen cookware. And a broken dryer … why check us in a room that was not inspected? Everything that’s requested takes 3-4 times the effort to obtain it. The massage I got was overrated and expensive, but the sauna was dreamy. It felt like a movie set. Despite the distress, they did approve our late check out which was nice. We got free drinks while waiting to check in and bar staff was very nice and professional. We did have a good time, but it could have been a little cheaper and maybe a free meal for all the distress?

Great hotel and service however my room was not ready until 4:30pm instead of 3pm check in. I was surprised that nothing was offered as gwg such as complimentary drinks etc. I had to argue the next day to give me a late check out when this should have been offered without even asking.

Second time here. Quality is still best on the island by far. From A to Z can’t find a single thing that would need to change. Hope to visit again soon.
