The whole staff was phenomenal. Everyone worked as a Great team and was on point with every request

We had a very good stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The overall location was great close to stores and restaurants but there is no view other than the neighborhood flats that are a bit rundown. To be fair it’s Greece, they are a poor country and the whole City reflects that. The breakfasts were okay but the coffee was excellent! There could be more thought into the room amenities. We had no place in the bathroom for our toiletries bag and only 1 short hook to hang towels or clothing. They placed the clean towels on our bed so we had to stage them on our suitcase overnight. There are also no outlets in the bathroom. The AC worked very well! Overall the place was nice and only minor things could be better. We would book again.

Hotel is clean and modern with very helpful staff. The location is close to the cruise port.

Awesome place to stay before our cruise. Free transportation to the cruise terminal. Yummy breakfast, good AC. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. If you are a museum/history person, the archeological museum down the street is amazing. They have huge bronze statues from the 4th century BC. These are super rare because most have been melted down into weapons.

The staff were an absolute treat and extremely helpful with all of our requests and needs. 10/10 would stay here again if we visit.

Great stay, friendly staff.

My one night stay was nice. Comfortable, clean room and bed. no complaints there. the staff was helpful. If you are planning to have the hotel pick you up at the airport, make sure that the person picking you up spells your name correctly and displays the name of the hotel on his phone/sign. Very important.

The building and staff were amazing! We got coffee at a wonderful shop a block away. And, they gave us a free ride to the cruise port in the morning!

The staff and how clean it was

Shockingly tiny room with an even smaller bathroom. Elevator could only take one person at a time. This hotel is a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE. Room had space for a bed and nothing else. We were very uncomfortable and could not wait to leave! I would not call this a hotel - it’s a boarding house! This should not be on hotels.com as an option. A poor excuse for a hotel. I wish I could have given it ZERO stars.

If you need a place for a short stay before boarding a cruise ship, no need to look further. Our room was small but clean and relatively quiet for a bustling area. There are plenty of businesses nearby if you need to pick up anything, and they provide a shuttle service to take you directly to your ship. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great choice of hotel if you are headed on a cruise. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast, area of town was nice and paid extra for Georgieo to pick us up from the airport well worth the money it’s a bit of a drive. He had a sign with our names on it waiting for us outside of baggage claim. Then they offer a free shuttle to the ship the next morning. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a solo traveller (for the first time) It couldn't have been more perfect. Staff were so helpful and kind. Nick in particular took time to offer guidance re area/metro use. Breakfast and rooms were perfect. They also helped me print out luggage labels prior to a cruise and gave me confidence throughout my trip. I can't thank you enough. Jane 😀
