Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Walkable to city center.

Clean bed. No shampoo. No conditioner. Just liquid soap. So bring your own. When hot water turn on, the sink smells like a sulfur. I don’t know if it’s the natural hot water smell or the sink. And for Americans who are used to large wash sink, the bathroom sink is very small and there is a shelf few inches from the sink. It seems it’s like this in Europe. Anyways, you’ll find it difficult to try to wash your face from the sink. Good thing: Very convenient location to Bus stop #13.

Good hotel and very well situated! The personnel is kind, helpful and accommodating. The only minus is the room doors that are heavy and very noisy when people close them.

Just a warning the rooms are extremely small and if you are a larger person good luck with the shower , corner shower like an after though. The hotel is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the staff was awesome ,

ホテル全体、部屋、レストランとも小綺麗です。夜のオーロラツアーから1:30頃に戻りましたが、常駐のフロントスタッフがロックを解除してくれました。前回の宿泊時（2日前）からスーツケースを預かってもらいました。

We stayed here on our first night & it was the perfect location for dinner options in the evening and getting to the excursion meeting point the next day! The room was perfect, breakfast was super yummy, and we would definitely recommend!

The room was lovely and clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. The aren’t fancy and have a wet room. But really quiet and beds were comfy! The location was great just a 5 min stroll to the Main Street. We even walked to the harbour for our whale watching. We hired a car and managed to get a free space to park every day. There is additional paid parking nearby if you aren’t as lucky. Breakfast was great there was even eggs bacon and sausage. We had a great stay, and would recommend to anyone!

A nice hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Delicious breakfast options and clean rooms with all the required amenities. This was my second stay in the location with the main attractions within close walking distance. Good food options nearby and a small supermarket around the corner.

Rooms clean, but unchanged since the 80s. The unlimited hot water in the bathroom almost makes you forget you're showering directly on the floor. O hotel é ok para ser um 3 estrelas. Mas os banheiros precisam de renovações. O primeiro quarto que ficamos tinha cortina de plástico, o que dá uma péssima impressão. O apartamento é menor que eu supunha pelas fotos e tamanho anunciado.
