Sink in the room has many little bugs. I used water to wash them down. But next day bugs were all around edge of the sink again. Beddings were dirty, felt like used. Body wash bottle was empty in the shower. The room was noisy at night with sounds of refrigerator running and other noise from neighbors. The staff was nice. She let me have water as courtesy, the sign said $2 a bottle.

KayKay at the front desk was professional and friendly upon arrival. All staff greeted us as we came and went- all very friendly. Building itself is older, but our room was clean and had frige/microwave. A/C unit worked great, and windows even open if you want. Convenient to highways, restaurants, beaches within 20 min.

We stayed while seeing a concert at the Odium. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We left too early to sample the what sounded like an amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It's quiet , comfortable and relaxed. I didn't like climbing the stairs to the higher level my legs are not fans of stairs. But everything else was very good 😊🐈‍⬛

I had to stay upstairs this time it was very nice, just hard for both of us to do stairs , but the room was nice . The staff there has always been very nice and helpful and friendly. 😊🐈‍⬛

The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires. in my opinion the building had a musty smell

I was there for 6 nights and not once did they come and clean the room , the garbage was overflowing , and we ran out of toilet paper , no clean towels daily , when I went to the front office to find out why , they said they dont clean or do anything unless requested... was never told this and not happy

I stayed due to a exhibit in providence and I didnt want to stay right down town. This hotel is about 20 mins from Providence. Its beautiful there. Its right off a main road however you go up a huge hill and suprise your in the middle of the woods. Great area for peace and also if you have pets. The staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommended this place.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and continental breakfast was out early and the coffee was excellent!

This hotel is very well managed and all the employees are very helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating if didn't almost get bit by a fellow guest's dog upon check in.

I had a great stay here! The front desk was super kind and welcoming. The room was clean upon arrival and in a very convenient location. I also like that they have protective covers on the mattresses as a preventative measure against bed bugs. Definitely would stay again!

Dirty floors in room, dirty refrigerator, black mold in shower, brken hangers in room, broken toilet seat. Out of eggs & potatoes at 8:30 - serve breakfast until 10 am

I didn't like that I saw a one, perhaps 2 roaches in the room. The front desk person did give me some spray and that did it. I never saw another one again.

A decent place for the price.

Started out with doing the precheck before we got there..still had to go through everything. Pointless. Was told room would be ready in 15 minutes and they would call. Never did. Had to he Hercules to open the bathroom door. I had to bring the towels to the front desk to get ones that didn't have black stains or makeup (I don't wear makeup). Had to slam the door to make sure it closed. And finally the shower, you either had cold water and quiet or hot water and a screeching noise. Pick one. We wanted something cheap just to sleep in and we should have spent the extra.
