Was great

Room was fine to sleep in, but there were some issues that should be addressed to make other’s stays more comfortable. The stairwells in the building are filthy and they stink. Our room had the smoke detector battery removed by someone previously and we did report it, but nothing was done. The screen on the window was peeled back. The carpet was dirty. The drain in the shower was very slow to drain. The staff didn’t seem that interested in their guests, and there is false advertising with this property; there are snacks but no actual breakfast; no coffee which is the bare minimum. Disappointing.

My room was not clean.. I found a box of empty beer!!

This is a typical Mid eastern owned property Every effort on the part of the owners to squeeze out an extra dime is obvious. The free breakfast consisted of a choice of 2 dry cereals and a container of un-refrigerated milk . I have [pictures of the breakfast bar if you wish to see them.. In short this place is a joke The room reeked with the smell of mid eastern spices. U get what U pay for I guess , The entire rear of the parking lot is a cess pool with standing water ( the only place I could park my U haul) Please add a notation of mid eastern owned to your listings.. This is just a difference of culture.. The US is built on a culture of adding freebies , the Mid Easterners culture dictates Get all you possibly can out of every "guest". It is just their business plan , I would bet the milk was powdered

We were escorted out of the hotel by policemen for reasons unknown. Not a safe hotel.

Terrible musty/moldy smell in the room. Mold in the shower and all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Carpet and bedding felt damp due to the humidity in the room.

Did not like the property at all, felt uncomfortable staying in this hotel.

Noisy AC. No elevator.

Very tiny bathroom area. Not good for people using walkers or wheelchairs. Carpets very dirty in room. Only cold cereal for breakfast.

Blood in the bath tub broken door lock carpet was tore up bed was broken and dipped in the middle floor in front of the bathroom felt like it was going to cave into the room below me battery cover for the remote was missing outer door didn’t lock and “breakfast” was a joke some nearly rotten bananas packaged sugary snacks a single pack of oatmeal and some cereal 10/10 won’t recommend or stay here ever again waste of money

The carpet was quite dirty. Cable TV was very poor didn’t even have a news station. There was almost nothing for breakfast. Not desirable to go back to, ever.

Nobody at the front desk to check in. Stains in multiple areas of the room. TV remote not working. Window was loose and rattled with the wind. We only stayed there because nothing else was available

Everything went well

It was clean but that was the lamest breakfast I've ever seen!

This is one of the worst places that I have ever been to. The rooms smelled of urine, and when my husband and I told the owner/employee, their response was It's not that bad. We were offered another room, but it was just as bad. We also travel with two service dogs, and that was a problem for the hotel. The owner/ employee did not know or understand about service dogs. My husband and I are disabled veterans. As this is one of three hotels in Hartford, I would say to others, do not stay at this hotel.

this is a decent motel but a few "downs". The shower water valve was terribly stiff to operate. A new cartridge is in order. the plastic knob on the water valve was very loose and in danger of pulling off. I noted this to the desk clerk. The "breakfast" was an assortment of two overly sugary cereals and assorted cheap buns and old bananas. A far cry from the other similarly-priced motels we recently stayed at.

The owner and the second-shift staff are rude and unprofessional. Alarmingly, they employ a maintenance worker who is a convicted pedophile, guilty of first-degree sexual assault of a child, and he resides on-site. I strongly advise against bringing families here. Furthermore, the owner exploits long-term guests by charging them taxes on their rooms, despite their extended stay exceeding 30 days. He also harasses disabled customers with service animals, imposing exorbitant fees of $20 per night. The only redeeming staff member is Manager Deb, who deserves recognition for her excellent service. Unfortunately, this establishment is discriminatory, disgusting, and disregards laws due to financial struggles. I suggest that if the owner ceased evicting paying customers who hurt his pride, he might be able to afford running a lawful business
