Great property. The Pool area was a blast for the kids.

400$ to use a debit card is weird but I suggest best place to stay is best western yeah it doesn’t have a pool but customer service is 10/10 and rooms are sooo comfy . Also couldn’t get a discount bc we booked with Expedia that’s all I was told so that was that. When we got to our room after swimming,we were thirsty so we went to the vending machines and they didn’t work in the main building not even a note saying hey they don’t work, so I a asked the worker she said I was going to have to go to the other building next door so I did just that. And my mother got bit by a bed bug there was only one we think. Told a worker said she will tell maintenance but stay was 5/10. Swimming pool 3/10 cold af Slide is perfect temperature Hot tub jets aren’t great

There is no elevator. The rooms are dated but functional. We had issues with hot water availability on our last full day. The GM had us move to an upgraded and very large suite and made sure all was good. Our last night was comped and our first two nights were discounted by 50%. We certainly felt valued! The GM maintenance and front desk staff made sure that we were happy. We'd return to this hotel (on the ground floor lol)!

Great breakfast. Nice clean, quiet room.

Our stay was a nice getaway, however, the “hot” breakfast was frozen. They served frozen omelettes and sausage that you had to reheat in a microwave. Our family has stayed at quite a few hotels but never had to reheat frozen food for breakfast. The sausage was ok only but the omelette was decent. They also had cinnamon twists that you could also tell just came out of the freezer or fridge as was cold to the touch. My daughter had pancakes, which she enjoyed.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2026. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The pool was a plus for the kids, so A+ for the pool. The room was a bit humid from being above the pool. Things that need attention: 1) continental breakfast requires all protein to be microwaved as it is frozen; sausages and all eggs. This was not something we enjoyed as microwaves aren’t healthy and zaps the nutrients out of food. My family didn’t love to start our day like this. I’m guessing they do this to ensure there’s no food waste and to keep things passed their expiry date. 2) There needs to be a water pitcher in the breakfast area. Staff instruct people to go into the gym area if they want water at breakfast time. This is super weird. Water should be the first thing that’s offered and it’s not expensive to offer a pitcher with ice and water for everyone to have access to (similar to the milk jug thats put out). Overall we enjoyed our stay. If the breakfast options (frozen items) were upgraded we would stay here again. Thank you!

Staff was professional

Clean room and bed was actually very comfortable and were very happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, hotel overall was clean. Kids loved the pool. Did not have the continental breakfast but I understand it’s only ok and nothing to get excited about.

It was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast was horrible, eggs, Egg bites, all frozen and had to throw in microwave.

We did see a bug on the floor, unidentified. Also the surrounding area is close to a homeless shelter (no fault of the hotel), so we had to keep a close eye on the kids

This was a great place that was super clean and felt cozy/homey. Kids loved the pool and every staff member I dealt with was super nice and helpful! Will stay there again.

Siding 16 Lodge was one of the few hotels with availability in a weekend we needed, which we are very grateful for. A few things caught us by surprise which were not great: our room was in an entire different building across the parking lot, clearly a very old hotel needing updates, and several unhoused people hanging nearby. The regular amenities were fine though and room size, staff, and pool were great. To use the front desk, pool, breakfast room etc we had to go outside and use our key cards to go back in, which is weird in a bathing suit or for breakfast. The breakfast was not good, and while maybe better on a slower weekend, it was one of my worst hotel breakfast experiences. Due to volume of people the eggs were frozen and had to use microwave one at a time, and the pancake machine wasn't working at all, and dropping all over the floor in the line up. Continental was expected, but even the items were very picked through on the Saturday morning. The pool was awesome, hot tub was hot and Jets were great, pool had a water feature and water slide was fun. Big kudos for that. Towels were quite small but there was plenty if we needed more than one. Room was fine, definitely needing of an update, but comfortable beds, TV worked, fridge cool, shower pressure a bit weak, it was fine. Overall okay, good experience, grateful to have a place to stay.

Our hotel room was clean minus a few stray hairs in the bathroom. There was no elevator to access the second floor which was a bit disappointing. The exterior doors (besides the main door) were locked after 8pm and key cards don't work, which was a minor inconvenience. There was a really foul smell (perhaps urine?) in the hallway leading to our room but thankfully our room didn't smell! The breakfast provided was good, but, the eggs and sausage were frozen and needed to be heated by using the microwave. The pool was great! The hot tub was closed one morning for a few hours for maintenance which was a bummer but other than that the pool was awesome.
