It was dirty and a bad stay. Service was bad.

I did not enjoy my stay here the front desk lady was rude, Because when I first arrived it was 3:30 nobody was at the front desk so I called and messaged in the app no response I waited 30mins, Then when I found her and explained it too her she told me no I wasn't I responded with I arrived at 3:30 and it is now 3:57, I also had a weeding rehearsal to attend to that day in which I was late for, once I checked in my room the sheets had stains on them so I laid on the top sheet with my covers, the heat wouldn't stay on constantly, The fridge wouldn't hold temperature my food was spoiled, The walls and ceilings had stains on them as well, I do not recommend

Be careful a lot of thieves roam the parking lot

Very good staff front office lady is awesome the night guy is friendly and good great place.

As soon as I walked in the room I reserved I seen it was not clean. The walls were dirty I looked at the bed and the comforter was stained dirty and every single sheet on the bed had spots of stains. I immediately called the lady in the front and after I told her about the sheets being stained she kept repeating herself saying the bed is made the bed is made and she even hung up on me. I paid for a room I could not even stay in and the lady in the front who was there when I checked in and when I gave the key back said she was the manager. When you look on the wall to the left of the office it has a satisfaction promise that they will make it right if things are not satisfactory and they absolutely do not give that standard. They do not care and the price is not fair for what you get!

Property need more attention and it doesn't feel secure.

This hotel is very dirty. Towel are not white and have stains has roaches shower has paint coming of the base .Beds are hard small pillows .

Everything was perfect. Clean units, nice staff, and well appointed rooms with the softest towels I've ever had at hotel.

Bed bugs not just one but numerous. Then they had the audacity to not refund me for the room. As soon as I saw them (upon inspection when I arrive) I returned to front desk and etc etc

when i checked in there were 6ea coffee creamer cans on the floor in the lobby to catch water. There was a live cricket underneath my covers when i got in the bed full of cigarette burns!!!! A shuttle is advertised on the website, but they did not have one.

Loud people walking around, asking for money. Left to get dinner came back looks like the person peed on the door. We might just leave

My room was clean. My only issues was: mini fridge was frosted over with ice which prevented items from becoming cold, the light in the coffee maker didn't work and they could have left an extra roll of toilet paper since the one on the roll had about 1/4 left on the roll for two people. All in all a decent stay for what I paid.

The room was not clean. Found a half eaten burrito in my bed. And when I wanted to leave the lady at the nerve to say that she put me on the side where the locals stay. I prefer no one and stay at this hotel

Power kept going off in room . Police chased people through facilities while I was there with my grandchild . Nothing you needed was there in the room , towels wash rags . It is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a hotel . It should be taken down from this site if you ask me . Very rude customer service to top it all off . Checked out a day early just to get away

Great office staff

This hotel is horrible and the lady at the front desk is nasty and rude for no reason. She gave me a dirty room and when I told her it was dirty she replied, “Yeah, I know it’s only one house keeper and you can wait in the room.” Gave me another room but I decided to just go to another hotel. She refused to give me a waiver for a refund knowing that the room wasn’t ready and the condition of the hotel is subpar at best. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
