Simple place to stay a few nights. Needs (flooring) upgrades to really know if it’s clean or not. Overpriced for quality and no breakfast provided but that’s Jackson in general. Good location. Easy in and out.

The room interior was very nice. I like that.

The hotel was very cute and charming and perfectly located. The cleaning staff was efficient and very kind. The location was perfect! However 2 nights into our stay the bathroom light stopped working and we had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark. Maintenance told the front desk that the fan must have gotten moisture in it and caused the issue. She told us to wait until the next morning. The next day it worked for a couple minutes then went out again. Very inconvenient and frustrating. They moved us rooms but I also asked to speak to the manager about a possible compensation for the problem for that night. I was told he would call me Wednesday. Nothing. I was told he would call me Thursday. Nothing. As we checked out Friday, Jimmy said he texted the manager and I would get a call for sure. Nothing. I feel the lack of communication was very disappointing and honestly made me feel like I was getting the runaround and they had zero concern about my issue.

We stayed four days in a second floor room. We loved the room and the small balcony. The hotel desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool and hot tub which were both clean, spacious, and relaxing. The lobby was stocked with coffee, drinks, cereals, chips, and snack bars. The hotel was easy walking distance from shopping, dining, bars, and recreation. Would definitely stay here again!

Great downtown motel with wonderful staff.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Jackson Hole as it's close to dining, shopping and activities.

Walkable to everything. Front office was late opening in the morning…needed that coffee. Overall very good.

This is a very nice place and part of a vibrant downtown Jackson experience. The rooms are nice, decorated with typical western fare. The suite room we had for the first three days was terrific, with tons of storage space and separation of the sleeping and living area. Towels were fantastic. We stayed an additional night at the end of our trip in a superior king room which was also nice, but the bathroom design was awful with the tub and toilet crammed together in a clost sized room. Had problems with a tv but that was fixed for us. Staff were friendly. Just know that the office is not staffed from 11pm to 7am.

Excellent location, large and nicely updated rooms, comfortable beds… a great value for in-town Jackson, walk to everything.

Room was sufficient and clean, but staff was not very helpful (we had to wait 30+ min for someone to return to the front desk just so I could check in, phone went unanswered, and messages were not replied to).

It’s not a hotel it’s a motel

The Parkway Inn was our favorite hotel during our 8 days of travel. We rented the 1 BR suite w balcony overlooking downtown area. It was beautiful, spacious and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed it so much. Couple blocks from Broadway but quiet. The bed was so comfortable! Luxurious toiletries and great sitting area outside. We will definitely book the same place on our next trip! Check in staff were very friendly! 5 stars!!!

Cleaning staff was great. Bedroom door had a gap where you could see inside the room. Could never dial in A/C temp in the room. If you wanted to leave before 7am you had to leave through a side/back entrance (it was odd).

Good hotel with super friendly staff. Lovely Molten Brown toiletries making us Brits feel right at home. Bang in the middle of town the location is perfect, set back a street from the main drag makes it nice and quiet. Would certainly stay again if in the area. Parking easy as outside lots of restaurants in the vicinity.
