The most amazing stay at Esperanza, literally zero complaints. The site is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, the staff is so friendly and go above and beyond, and the food was very good. Will definitely come back!

Great service and property. Just very expensive for bar and restaurant items.

The resort is nice but a little tired. We travelled with kids and the kid’s areas left a lot to be desired. The food was good but lacking variety. Our 3 bedroom Casona was nice but a bit tired. Our butler and the pool servers were top notch though! We’ve stayed at Grand Velas a few times in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta and prefer the food, service, entertainment and kids club and pool experience there. For the cost of Esperanza, I would pick Grand Velas over it (even paying more overall) or we’d probably try another high end resort.

The Esperanza experience is top notch! The customer service and hospitality were outstanding. The ocean views were amWe knew when the staff said "Welcome home" on our arrival, we were in for a treat!

We had a truly relaxing experience. The food was delicious. Especially the fajitas at La Palapa Our concierge, Ruben, went over and above to create a constant stress free atmosphere. Everyone treated us like royalty. We highly recommend the Esperanza and would stay there again.
