Default place to stay for quick trips to CDMX. Super central, amazing staff, great breakfast and comfy rooms.

We had to leave the property because first we were put in a tiny room, and then moved to ‘a better room with a terrace’ but the room was dilapidated- the shower gel had the cap broken off, the hair dryer had a sticky handle, the room was plastered but not painted, there was a hole in the terrace floor, and the room had an ironing board but no iron. The front desk manager was kind and after seeing the photos they dis refund our money. I loved staying at NH Guadalajara, but this was absolutely not up to the standard. Other than the bar, we went there first and it was perfect.

Close to the centre of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions. The pool was heated, and wished they had a hot tub since the weather was chilly in July. Overall staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Amazing stay! The staff was incredible and the hotel as always is nice clean and in a great location. We came to check out a new cocktail bar called Kaito nearby and wanted to stay walking distance, the NH was perfection.

I stayed for 1 night in the hotel, and faced no issue. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is located at an excellet location. The room was clean and tidy.

hotel was way nicer than i thought it would be! rooms were clean and modern and the balcony was great. impeccable room cleaning every morning. i think the hot tub wasnt working for the week we were there but that would have been nice to have. gym area could use a refresh or some extra equipment but otherwise that was great to have. great location to roma norte and the other trendy neighborhoods.

Todo el personal muy amable la zona muy segura (hay una estación de policías a una cuadra) y bien ubicada, el área de alberca muy agradable . Hay un Oxxo justo a lado del hotel lo que lo hace muy conveniente pues te dejan usar el frito bar para uso privado. A media mañana y hasta la tarde ofrecen galletas, té y a veces fruta en el lobby. Cuenta con muchas opciones de restaurantes en los alrededores y el ángel se encuentra a menos de 5 min a pie, sin embargo, como hotel familiar con niños pequeños le daría un 9 de 10 ya que se encuentra prácticamente en la zona rosa y los comercios que hay al rededor no son tan familiares sobre todo de noche.

Mi estancia fue muy bonita, me gustó mucho el hotel, la situación difícil es el tema de facturación. No se hace responsable ni el hotel, ni tampoco hoteles.com y no está padre!

Todo bien en general pero es un problema que te emitan la factura del restaurante.
