Staff were amazingly perceptive, courteous and were not over worked. This meant never feeling frantic. Room was clean, no traffic sound and walls were muffled enough to hardly notice a full family (including kids) staying next door. Step out and you are on the Lagoon. Owing to the direction the property is facing direct observation of the sun-sets can be seen immediately from the door-step of the entrance. Step out and the silhouettes are of the dark side of the buildings of the lagoon teasing you to walk over the water to meet them. Civic life, the beach to the east and the boat drop off / pick up point for the rest of Venice is just a short walk (five to ten minutes tops). This is a gateway to Lido and Venice. The best thing though... because it initially takes relatively a long time to travel to (from Marco Polo or by train) people this place is based on a long trip for them. Therefore normal 'tourist' foot fall is much smaller. This makes the location better if you want to wake up in peace and venture out in our own time

Very good hotel , location directly near the shore it is almost far from venice center but you can easily use boat 5.1 to arrive , station is 12 minutes walking from hotel , ot is located in Lido , breakfast was good, i recommend it .

Cold room, sewage smell, breakfast very simple, but ok. The price was very good, but 4 stars are really not appropriate. Good 2 star or not great 3 star

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast was great. Only issue was a leaky ac, but the staff changed our room so it all worked out in the end

Der Service war sehr gut. Der Ausblick aufs Meer wunderbar! Leider konnte man nachts das Fenster nicht offen lassen ohne vom Straßenverkehr geweckt zu werden.

Bien. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, Carlota muy simpática en la recepción y nos ayudo referente a todos los detalles para nuestro regreso. A la habitación le hace falta mejorar. Pero por lo demás esta súper bien.

Wir sind als Paar gereist, alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden bzw. hat tadellos funktioniert. Zimmer war ruhig, nur etwas hellhörig durch die Entlüftungsanlage. Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung, gute Qualität und so viel wir wollten. Service und Bedienung, Reception, etc. waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. bei der Fährensuche). WLAN hat super funktioniert. Zur Bootanlegestelle sind es ca. 10 Min sehr schön am Meer entlang.

Die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück okay aber die Zimmer unter dem Dachgeschoss so klein, dass man praktisch nirgends stehen kann, eine Dusche aufgrund der geringen Höhe nicht nutzbar ist - ein alternatives Zimmer im Erdgeschoß stinkt massiv aus dem Abfluss, die Garnituren in der Nasszelle sind so alt, dass sich der Abfluss nicht schließen lässt.

Un viaggio a Venezia è sempre bello. Avere un hotel come questo come appoggio a Lido di Venezia è comodo. Molto gentili alla reception, si sono resi molto disponibili. La camera era con tutti i comfort e la colazione abbondante.

Aufgrund der Hochzeit meiner Tochter am Lido leider nur für eine Nacht, tolle Lage mit Blick auf Venedig, 8 Gehminuten von der Vaporetto Anlegestelle S.M.E. Lido, bzw. 2 Fahrminuten von der Autofähre Ferryboat Lido, abgestimmtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick in die Lagune, der Lido ist in paar Gehminuten erreichbar, sehr gerne wieder,......

Das Zimmer war zu eng und hatte nicht genug Möglichkeiten, etwas abzulegen. Im Schrank waren keine Fächer, so dass man die Wäsche nur bedingt einräumen konnte. Sehr ordentlich wurde jeden TAg geputzt, immer frische Handtücher. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Aufenthaltsräume angenehm und großzügig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää. Olisin toivonut että hotellista olisi saanut ostaa jotain pientä purtavaa. Muuten voin suositella lämpimästi.

10min zu Fuß von der Vaporettostation! Blick vom Zimmer und Frühstück auf Venedig! Schöne Wohngegend. 7min zum öffentlichen Sandstrand! Strand war schön und sauber! 10min auf die kleine Flaniermeile des Lidos mit Restaurants und Geschäften! Sehr freundliches Personal! Wenn Urlaub in Venedig würden wir immer wieder den Lido wählen!

disappointing... don't know how they are 4 star...more like 1 star. treated appallingly

Clean and beautiful hotel with good servis and tasty breakfast. We had the smallest room but it was quite ok for a young couple. There might be a problem with harder mattrass. Nevertheless it was ok for 2 nights. We had a problem with toilet and "shower" water temperature. (There might be better shower or bath in 4 stars hotels, I guess). The response was quick but its a pitty for short trip :-) Still we can recomend the hotel and we appreciate the accommodation.
