Hotel limpio y buen desayuno

Works were going on with the gifts so the room was noisy &the flights continually flickered during the stay. Innernet commotion was very slow &the bathroom daited. Staff &food were good thou.

La habitación está bien , y cama muy cómoda, los trabajadores muy majos, el spa no pudimos visitarlo ya que estaba ocupado. Pero para unas horas de 18 de la tarde a 11 de la mañana , estancia correcta.

De kamers zijn erg vochtig en het hotel is gehorig met de lift... Verder wel heerlijk ontbijt en leuke faciliteiten zoals de spa.

Limpeza do quarto, confortável, gentileza na recepção

O quarto estava impecável, café da manhã muito bom, pessoal da recepção muito educado, algumas camareiras também, outras um tanto quanto mal educadas, não respondem né quando falamos. A cama era boa, instalações novíssimas. A aadeia muito boa. Gostei de uma maneira geral e tornaria ficar novamente

It would be good to have a kettle, tea cups and complimentary tea and coffee in each room. Our just a kettle and cups. Restaurant is not also open so would be good to make a hot drink in your own room when you want. Most basic hotels in the UK have this.

Clean room. Nice staff. Super breakfast

No offer of help with luggage (2 disabled guests) and the lifts often open not level (dangerous step). The rooms have no coffee/tea which I think is unheard of in a 4 star hotel…. and the wifi was terribly slow and cut off all the time…. I ended up just buying an unlimited 1 week data sim! The breakfast was fine except they don’t separate the pork/bacon products from everything wlse for vegetarians, Muslims, vegans e.t.c… Swimming pool was always too busy to use, I was told I had to book a time??? Plus it smelled bar which put me off going in the end. Definitely not 4 star, more like 2-3 star at best…. I’d never go back for the price I paid.

The hotel exceeded my expectation I was with infant by myself we loved pool for babies. Gym was not only for hotel guests and I didn’t like it and I couldn’t go there with baby. I really liked our room , the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing eggs were mushy , pastries was dry

Room are comfortable and clean. Area around is quiet and seems safe.

The room was ok, nothing special. I thought it was dirty in areas especially in the bathroom and sheets on the bed. The pool was small and needs to be reserved in advance which I found odd. The breakfast was nice plenty of options and food wasn’t too bad.

Location of the hotel was very close to the metro network and bus lines which made Valencia central area’s easily accessible. Room was pleasantly spacious. Staff members were always welcoming and helpful & luggage storage was very useful on arrival day.

Checkin rápido y sin problema. Habitación correcta, instalaciones correctas. A mejorar: el minibar enfriaba muy poco. Podría ser susceptible de cambiar bañeras por platos de ducha

Mancava ferro da stiro sia in camera che in struttura e non c’era acqua in camera

El hotel bien todo muy limpio el personal muy bien solo que en esta ocasion la habitación que nos dieron habia un ruido constante muy molesto sobre todo a la hora de dormir de un compresor o motor que sonaba todo el rato esa habit no es para el uso y descanso bajo mi punto de vista.Por lo demas todo perfecto otras veces que hemos ido a sido perfecto, para la proxima lo comentaré q no m toque otra vez.
