Not luxury, smoke detector going off in room which is fine, but the maintenance guys were on the bed and probably wounldn't have said anything if we didnt walk in when they were doing it

Awesome!

We stayed here just for one night for my best friend’s wedding. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I wish we had more time to explore. The amenities in the room and the overall design were top-notch! We would definitely stay there again for more than one night! Parking was easy and the location was awesome.

The service to the riverfront area was great.

Great rooms. It's not a walkable distance to the main area of Savannah but uber was reasonable and quick.

Convenient location and friendly staff

I didn't care for being charged for breakfast when I only had a juice and a spoon of eggs. I also did not care for being charged for parking in an unsecured open lot.

Room was spacious, comfortable and the large sitting area was a bonus. Breakfast was good and the shuttle service was convenient and will was extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The property and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds literally sink 8-12 inches when you sit on them. The staff is nasty in the way they talk to guests and act. They have no hospitality genes to save their lives. Also they don’t charge all your charges up front either. So get ready for calls a day or two after for more and more money because when you checked out they didn’t full check you out of the system. This place is a hot mess.

Nice properly clean

Easy check in process, friendly staff and cleaning crew. Didn’t have any problems with parking or anything. They even found my sister’s glasses in room and held them for us to pick up

At the desk very friendly staff,it was a large clean room with a comfortable bed and really great shower. The breakfast is affordable but we gave that a 6 out of ten

Terrible Stay. I stayed only for 2 nights. Room has bad odor. hotel was fully booked so i couldn’t change my room. The next night it rained heavily and the carpet was soaked ( my room was on the first floor). The next day (the day i checked out) was two bugs on the mattress. Pictures attached.

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. There was a shuttle, which was nice but it only ran from 2:00 until 10:00pm. Would have been nice to have a shuttle operating in the morning. The Kureig

Nice hotel. Has a shuttle to get around which is nice and an offsite gym. Rooms were large and really nice.

I like that the property was close to downtown.

Great place to stay. Very nice staff and beautiful hotel. Convenient to River Street and City Market
