Great place, room was nice and clean and same for the hotel amenities! Pool is a nice touch

Breakfast is very good and staffs are friendly. Parking is easy. We didn't use the pool. It would be great to upgrade the elevator.

Clean property with pool and sauna. But coffee was not available during the day in the lobby after breakfast.

The room had all kinds of little bugs in the room that looked light fruit flies and the room smells funny.

Wanted something close to the Toronto Zoo. This hotel had a nice swimming pool, good workout room, spacious room and a great hot breakfast buffet. Well done. Would stay here again.

Good location. Used while a commercial shoot was ongoing at my home located nearby. Only problem was with the TV remote, but not serious. Halls in the hotel were kept at a very cold temperature.

A bottle of water in the room would be nice.

I booked with Expedia and the room was not as promised. It was a smaller room then they had advertised and promised. I showed the woman at check in and showed her my proof and she had told me that she cant do anything and to contact Expedia which was extremely disappointing. I do admit that it was clean and a nicer room, but its not what I had booked for my business trip.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very responsive to their clients needs and complaints. I will always choose this hotel anytime l visit Scaborough
