Nice Breakfast Staff. Warm pool

My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!

This was my third stay of 5 or 6 days in the last 12 months. Location suits my personal needs. Staff is helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is exceptional.

Well maintained hotel. Clean

This was a fine property. The location is industrial but there is a very nice Keg steakhouse nearby, as well as a convenience store that has prepared food. The hotel also has some snacks at the front deck but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The only issue for me is that the blankets were thin and there was no extra blanket in the closet. I liked that temperature control really worked well (in some hotels it doesn't!) so i was able to adjust to a comfortable temperature due to the think blanket coverage.

Everything thing was absolutely perfect, no complaints.

Clean rooms, great staff. Only downfall I flew in for one day, called several times to request early check in, even explained the situation but could not be accommodated which was pretty unfortunate. However, the staff was able to let me use the hotel restroom to get dressed after flying in from the states. But I was disappointed that I couldn’t not get settled in the room to relax and get dressed after a hectic morning.

We were very unpleasantly surprised by our experience at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn. The price was right and location fit our needs. Our initial impression of the building was it appeared clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Our issues were mainly in our room. When we were going to sleep, we noticed our sheets/pillows smelled strongly of B.O.. Our kids were already asleep so there was no point to call the front desk for help. The other major problem was we booked based on 5 people. 2 adults and 3 kids. The room came with 2 x Queen beds and a pull out couch, which should have accommodated our needs. The problem was the pull out couch was unusable. I've never seen a pull out couch in that much disrepair. We were in room 121. I implore management to check out the mattress and see if it's even remotely usable. I promise you. It is not. Because of this we had to sleep in a small queen bed with our youngest and there was no room for all three of us. I barely slept at all because of this. The whole point of the room was for sleep and I didn't get any. Just a sleepless night in a B.O. smelling bed.

Breakfast was okay no fruits

The breakfast menu was good. It was great that you can get something to eat at 6am for people who want to check out early because they have a long trip home. The rooms are very clean. If you need fresh towels the staff brought them right away. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff could have been more engaging when checking in. Breakfast was typical minus beef burgers vs a sausage, Ham or bacon. Was not typical. Pastry choices were very limited. It was nice and clean though.
