Clean room

When I booked this I was told there was a 24 hour airport shuttle. There isn't. I saw the photos of the pool, it was closed. There was no wayer available in the vending machine, the elevator didn't work, and my room was smelly, noisy, and there were stains in the bathtub. However, the man working the desk at 5.00 am is very nice.

Pretty typical stay. Nothing special. Jacuzzi was not very good. Breakfast was basic.

Room was clean, intense smell of weed, teenagers sitting on the floors in the halls hanging out, no soap of any kind in the bathroom, people out in the hallway SCREAMING at each other until very late night/early morning hours.

I didn't do enough research and just assumed the area around airport would be safe. I was wrong. This hotel is clean and staff was great but the area is horrible. If the gate on the drive worked, I would've felt better. Parking has nice high fencing but the gate doesn't work so I didn't sleep much worried that our car was going to broke in to. When we were going down for breakfast, the front desk was having to run out homeless that were trying to eat.

The room looked clean but we did smell a bit of a urine odor walking in the room. Overall neat and would stay again

Drake at the front desk was GREAT ! The property was being renovated , tv was cracked room smelled and hallway smelled like it’s already been smoked in .. roach in the bathroom. Stains on floors

Room is old and smells not very good. Door handles had stains which can be cleaned better.

Roaches in the room. Very nasty. I should get a refund.

Nice hotel clean. Indoor pool was great wish hot tub had been open.

This hotel is not in the safest part of Memphis, I found out. The hotel grounds is surrounded by an iron fence. The gate has been removed. The building's exterior is dilapidated. Guys in the parking lot fixing cars. The staff person did not greet me, only said, "ID please." He never made eye contact or talked. Mold was on the ceilinig in the bathroom.

Everything was as advertised, except we had the pleasure of ants... multiple ants throughout the room. Besides that, great and good breakfast.

Room carpet was soiled and bugs in the bathroom. Pillows and sheets were not clean

The staff was great, especially the front desk and breakfast staff. I didn't understand why the pool was padlocked at 7:30 in the evening. I was somewhat concerned about the area around the motel. It was kinda concerning for a grandma with young children.
