We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. We complained but nothing was done about it except to tell us that they were renovating. Interestingly the noise seemed to stop after 10:00am, which is puzzling. Apart from this significant inconvenience for which there wasn’t even an apology, everything else went well. Thankfully the 3rd morning was a Sunday!

Hotel was clean with an impressive reception area, we were there pre check in so they held the bags without question. There was a New Year’s Eve party in the bar, spoke to one member of staff who said the bar was closed and just walked off. Proceeded to speak with another and she invited us to wait for her and she would serve and made sure we had a great service to close our evening. We took swim stuff as the website specified a spa, unfortunately there was no pool or steam room and only a sauna and treatments available which we thought should have been more specific about.

Beautiful hotel,walking distance to old Wroclaw,restaurants and cafes.

Location and parking is great and convenient. Good breakfast. Bathroom has mold in the shower/bathtub area. Tub is very slippery and shower half glass wall is moving so not very stable to hold on. Hairdryer blow power is horrible, just horrible. I had never ever had to dry my hair with such a low power hairdryer, it took me forever. Pillows are kids size. Super tiny 2 pillows.

The location is amazing, close to main touristic attractions, very walkable and few meters from river broadwalk. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds (room with park view is recommended). The spa including sauna is lovely addition too. The hotel eco approach is very appreciated. The staff is very helpful and extremely kind, I would definitely return again!

My favorite area of Wroclaw - morning walks on the river bank are the best
