The courtyard with the hot tubs and lounge/fire is nice! The hotel was also offering marshmallows for the fire. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable

I stayed at Canalta with my 9‑year‑old son, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. The location is excellent, right on the same block there is a playground where we could go out every day to play in the snow, which became one of the highlights of his trip. He also loved the afternoon s’mores, a very thoughtful touch that made our stay feel cozy and memorable. The hotel is perfectly located, with bus stops right in front for easy access to the ski resorts, and less than a one‑minute walk to other bus lines. Restaurants and shops are about a 15‑minute walk away, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place for families and an excellent base for exploring the area.

Michelle at the front desk was absolutely incredible and the sole reason why I’ll be back to this property again when we visit in the future. The property is modern and the breakfast is delicious, huge bonus if visiting with kids! Thank you again, Michelle, for your help!!

Easy 90 minute drive from YYC, underground parking, free shuttle to Sunshine picks up in front of hotel…. Polite, efficient staff, mostly from UK and Australia (?!)

Breakfast was fine and hot. Hot tubs a bit busy but freed up later. Facility beautiful.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast good, very similar to a stay at Holiday Inn Express. Hot tub was hot and relaxing. Staff was friendly, helpful with a quick response time. The room lighting was worse than the lighting in any other hotel room that I’ve stayed in! Lights were dim, yellowish and inadequate.

Very Good Place to stay

Everything was good except for the hallway noise. Our room was directly across from the stairs and elevators and the noise kept us awake late and was constant from 6:00 am onwards. Frustrating. Didn’t get a lot of sleep on our weekend getaway.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt extremely welcome the staff was so helpful the room was clean and comfortable the balcony was a little small but no big deal as the view was amazing. My wife and I will definitely be coming back

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well. I would add dollar store hooks to hang swimsuits in the shower and better lighting around the mirrors, pillows could be softer. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel! Have been here on at least three separate occasions and we will always come back. We love the Toblerone martinis at the bar! The staff is always excellent! The hot tubs and cold tub are great but wish the jets were a little stronger.
