Good location, soacious rooms and helpful staff

Great place to stay. Beds so comfortable, staff so helpful, breakfast great, and rooms clean and spacious.

Well run hotel. Situated on quiet street with restaurants and gas near by. Nice pool and well equipped fitness room. Breakfast is OK.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Kamloops. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is clean and modern, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was average, with a mix of hot and cold options. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway, and parking was simple. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Clean Room, Staff very good, breakfast average

There were a number of tournaments in town so price was high at $359 / night. Place was clean and decent but my duaghter left her bathing suit in the room when we left. I called twice and both times I was told they couldn't find it. Disapointing as it was expensive and we know it was left there. I was willing to pay for shipping.

I have booked this hotel twice a year for the last five years. I'm a creature of habit, and I need to know what to expect when arriving at a location. I request the same room every year. I know what to bring for breakfast or what I'll be having. As much as I like the consistency with breakfast, I would like a little different options from day to day. I would like them to bring back the bacon and scrambled eggs. Having salsa available and sour cream would be a bonus (I usually bring my own) This time, the hot tub was not working, and I attempted to access it twice. I was turned around in my bathing suit back to my room. Not the hotel's fault, and management did offer extra Hilton points in lieu, though a discount would have been preferred. I was a little sad that I wasn't able to relax in the hot tub after a long day's work, so hopefully next time. I will say that every time I'm there, the staff is more than courteous and kind, and they recognize me and ask how my children are doing and how my day is going. Very relational, and it makes me feel very welcomed. My room is always clean, and there are always upgrades being done. The fit and finish are not nice, but they do not affect me. I did notice this time that the elevator door wasn't closing properly, but I think they fixed the issue within a few days. So, of course, I will book again and will continue to do so until I no longer have to work through Kamloops.

Great sports bar basically in the parking lot of the hotel. Has excellent nachos and jambalaya! Hotel is clean and comfortable and close to amenities.

It’s just a roadside hotel for an over night on the drive home. Convenient, clean; nothing out of the ordinary except the desk provided two large dog biscuits for our dog.
