It's very close to the San Marcos Plaza so its very convenient.

Perfect hotel for all that Pisa has to offer. Large room.

Our room was very small and not really suitable for 2 people. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok but no coffee, no tee, no water. No hot water , can’t take a shower. We were leaving early in the morning the front desk fellow was rude. No thank you, no good bye.

I would rate this 3 not 4 star, we got the room on 6 th floor and the elevator only goes up to 4 floors. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs . The rooms are very small, very little space for luggage etc. We really love the location, it was right next to St Marks square and very close to major attractions. It worked for us as we were only in the room to sleep.

Our room was size of the closet, didn’t even fit baggage.

The bathroom are real small and shower water are flooded not a 4 star hotel I will rate it like a 2 star is over rated in this hotel I do understand that it’s a old hotel but there are no upgrades at all everything is old they should not rate it as 4 star hotel by the picture it look great but real it was only a 2 star or less

We had a lovely stay in a perfect location right next to St. Mark's Plaza with a cute little balcony that overlooked one of the canals. Breakfast was available each day, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. Would stay again!

Hotel location is perfect for access to popular sites. We were a little disappointed in the room. Loose flooring pieces stuck to bare feet. Little more run down than expected for $350/ night room. Very clean, though, and lovely breakfast.

Excellent property in the heart of it all. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel was good, great location, friendly service, clean, room was ok but bathroom was really small. Other then that, it was good.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war ziemlich übersichtlich.

MARAVILHOSO. Extremamente bem localizado, quase dentro da praça San Marco. Quarto lindo, confortável e amplo, com um espaço especifico para o casal e um outro espaço (como se fosse uma sala) para o sofá-cama. O quarto parecia um apartamento pelo tamanho.

Rooms were small but usual size for European hotel. Shower was not draining but told the front desk and they fixed the issue. Close to St Mark square and other sights Breakfast had good selection

Wir waren zu zweit Ende März für eine Woche in dem Hotel untergebracht. Das Hotel war super. Besonders der Frühstücksraum und das Buffett waren hervorragend. Das Personal super freundlich und das Hotelzimmer gut und sauber. Nur für das Badezimmer gebe ich einen Stern Abzug, da es bereits in die Jahre gekommen war. Für alles andere gibt es gar nichts zu meckern, zumal das Hotel recht zentral liegt und man in wenigen Schritten auf dem Markusplatz steht. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

El Hotel bien , pero las camas no muy cómodas, es viejo, como la mayoría de los hoteles en Venecia pero muy bien ubicado y bonito en general. La habitación no estuvo lista si no hasta media hora después del check in (15:30) el personal en general amable y buena estancia para una noche que estuvimos ahí.

立地は中心地に近く、良い。 ホテルは古く、部屋も清潔感があるとは言えない。 スタッフに、部屋に羽蟻が発生している（数匹）ことを伝えて部屋を変えようとしたが、部屋を確認され「部屋に虫はいない」と変えてくれなかった。 それは私が退治したからであって、朝にはまた数匹発生していた（お風呂場からだった） とりあえずリーズナブルに1泊するならいいと思うが、快適さを求めるならここではないと思う。
