Great location and stay

Everything was great. The walk to cynthia woods wasn't bad and the pool is open 24hrs, so we could jump in after a hot day in the lawn. We will likely stay here for every concert. The full kitchen was a nice surprise.

Refused to provide a receipt for my visit. Can’t get reimbursed without receipt. Will never stay again.

Meredith and the rest of the staff were so welcoming. We loved it! Thank you!

Bathroom tub had rust marks Front desk service was not always available.

Everything was great....however I had to leave early for a family emergency and not sure if I was given a reduction in my overall bill because I left a day early.

What I didn’t like was the fact that they charged you to park your car in their car, even though you were a hotel guest

They charged $14 usd for parking each day, never read about it on my Expedia reservation. Check in too slow, issues with some rooms, they said/

Overall the experience was good and the friendly employees! The elevators were not working on the nights of our stay. We got put on the 3rd floor. I booked a king suite and I got a queen suite. There was not an explanation as to why we got a queen suite when I paid for a king suite.

Everything overall was good. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the elevator was broken. We did receive an email a day before my reservation informing us of the elevator issue. But the room was already booked. We were on the 3rd floor so going up and down the stairs with a toddler while pregnant was a bit tiring. But overall the stay was good.

Quite the bargain for 2 bewdrooms, 2 baths, 3 TVs, a fireplace and working kitchen!

Quiet, clean and short walk to Market Square or the mall.

Stayed with our two adult children for a family wedding. We’d hoped to get a rollaway bed (website said they were available) but the property had none. So one of my kids used the pullout couch but had to just move the mattress to the floor because the bars on the bed were uncomfortable. Other than that, one of the showers had low water pressure, but no other issues.

We loved it here so much, the staff was exceptional

The hotel staff was outstanding.

The air conditioning didn't really seem to work right?It was constantly pumping heat period had to turn down i several times period the elevator was also not working for the last two days or stay somewhat of an inconvenience being on the third floor

My stay was quite pleasant!

The a/c in our room never got below 74 and bathroom sink was slow to drain. We were within a 5 minute walk to the venue which was great.
