Nice place, conveniently located next to the Airport, offering also a shuttle. Very nice

The hotel was under renovations. We stayed on the 5th floor above the major renovations. We arrive on Wednesday and Thursday morning we heard some tapping and drilling. It wasn’t anything massive. They did tell us at the front desk what time to expect the noise. By Friday at 8:30am/9am up until check out time, they were fully Into the work. But I would stay there again hands down. They had a full bar in the lounge and the food was good. We had lunch there.

Great staff, breakfast and amenities.

Love this place stay there on our way back and forth to Dallas. Will be really great when the renovations are completed.

I ordered a Bbq bacon Cheeseburger quesadilla but I got a Bbq bacon burger I tried to change but the Guy said that It's same that I order and She didn't charge, Just She offered a Discount

Hotel was being remodeled our room and inside facility was wonderful parking was really tight and only concern we had

Dingy hotel. Looks like they took over an old hotel building and are in the middle of a remodel but the old hotel is in the middle of war torn Bagdad. I felt sticky leaving that place

Over it was good for an overnight stay but the air conditioner was too loud.

Put in a room that smelt aweful, had a dehumidifier plug through the bathroom door into entry way to get smell out. Booked roo s for 5 days 5 months ago and putin worst room in hotel for a convention that they gave all the newly remodeled rooms to. Yraveled all my live for my career and by far the worst e xperience with a gotel ever

Every request was fulfilled.

Room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant had a variety of food.

Room was clean and beds were comfy Didn’t like being told the parking tag was $7.00 and the took $100.00 said it was a deposit the person that waited on me didn’t say anything about a deposit so I better get that back

Nice, remodeled, roomy, clean and comfy. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

They have recently updated the floors/rooms. They are very nice, clean, and comfortable. Short 10 min uber to the action. We always consider Hotel Preston for a more affordable place to stay.

Staff was friendly and fast to check in. Room was clean. However the complex is under active renovations. You can tell it’s an older property recently bought. I assume it will be fully updated soon but the noise beginning at 8AM was less than ideal. It was good and convenient for a short stay. Would stay again if needed in hopes it’s fully updated. No hair dryer and not microwave in room. That was frustrating
