Standard Ibis - clean & small, fine for a night. first person on reception was great, next guy difficult when we were trying to meet up with a friend

O hotel está muito bem localizado, e tem ótimo pequeno almoço.

Farto café da manhã, muito bem atendidos, tudo bem organizado, fácil acesso a transporte....

O pequeno-almoço era muito simples e pago.

The hotel was a very convenient place to stay, just a short drive from the town. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little warm at night. The shower was powerful and warm. Staff we talked to were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice - squeezed by myself!

Quartos poderiam ter frigorífico. Merecia uma remodelação, mas continua a ter bons funcionários e boa localização.

Quartos limpos, funcionários profissionais e bom atendimento. Não tem toalha de rosto. Só de banho.

Modern amenities, very clean room, pleasant service from staff at the lobby bar. Accommodations were simple but quite comfortable. Well located a short drive from historic center. Very good value.

Courteous staff abd clean room

Parking was easy and safe, the room was clean but very sparse. Very few amenities - no coffee maker, very plainly designed and decorated, no place to put open luggage, bed was hard, only two pillows, etc. The room was much too expensive for how cheaply it was outfitted.

Quite a new Ibis, smart design, nice rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Underground car parking is €12, but plenty of free street parking around the hotel. There are a couple of cafes and restaurants within 100m, the town centre is an easy 15 minute walk. The citadel is probably a 30 minute walk, but easier to drive ( plenty of free parking there) as not surprisingly it’s uphill.

Hotel was clean and new. Only negative would be that the mattress was not the most comfortable. Rooms are also quite small. Would not recommend for long stays.

Buen alojamiento, personal muy atento y agradable.

En principio todo bien hasta que llegamos por la noche,adormir, y nos encontramos con que el aire acondicionado tiene una temperatura estándar para todos y la regulan ellos. No hay posibilidad de aumentar o disminuir los grados por habitación (dicho por el recepcionista de noche). ¡La temperatura en Bragança,en agosto era de aúpa! Y cuando llegamos la habitación ardía, y como si no se queda la llave en la ranura el aire se apaga, pues ardía. Hasta que se enfría trada una exageración y como la temperatura fija era bastante alta, en torno a 27 grados, me dijo, pues... Nos ofrecieron otra habitación, no igual, aduciendo fin de semana, la vuelta a Portugal..., pensando yo que era un problema de la habitación, y nos ofrecieron una similar pero con dos camas y tener que trasladar todo. Pero el problema no era la habitación sino el intento de reducir el gasto por habitación. No tienen en cuenta que las personas somos distintas y necesitamos temperaturas distintas. En fin, un desastre. Y, por último, las llaves se bloqueaban y no abrían, con lo que cada vez que íbamos a entrar había que bajar a recepción y que las activarán.
