The room is clean and maintained daily, Jhoti from housekeeping keep our room clean and well arranged, hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, there are shops and restaurants few steps from the hotel, metro train is nearby I would stay in this hotel next time and recommend it

Large, clean room. Staff mostly helpful. We had breakfast included which is very worthwhile. Had to leave early one morning and so they packed us a “breakfast box” to go which was nice.

Rummet hade alla bekvämligheter och en fantastisk utsikt över stad och Tejo-floden. Personalen alltid tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. En riklig och välsmakande frukost. En annan bekvämlighet var rooftop-baren med restaurang. Hotellet ligger så centralt som det är möjligt i Lissabon.

A wonderful hotel, with a fantastic location. The staff was very service-oriented, and the tone was pleasant. Our room 724 had a fantastic view. But there were also ants in the room, and some rising water on the floor towards the facade. One disappointment was that we did not notice anything about the loyalty program we had booked through (Hotels.com) as a gold member, which promises free room upgrades when possible, and 20% on drinks once per stay.
