A wonderful hotel, with a fantastic location. The staff was very service-oriented, and the tone was pleasant. Our room 724 had a fantastic view. But there were also ants in the room, and some rising water on the floor towards the facade. One disappointment was that we did not notice anything about the loyalty program we had booked through (Hotels.com) as a gold member, which promises free room upgrades when possible, and 20% on drinks once per stay.
