Room very clean, no issues, prefer carpeted to the tile floors on the 2nd floor. TV didn't work, had to mess around with the cable to get it to work. They've had a few issues with TVs working during my stays. Don't like to switch rooms after settling in.

The locks are a bit hard to get into the room, but otherwise the place was decent overall.

The worst ever experience of my whole life. The first time you book a hotel with parking included, but no space for parking in either so called hotel or nearby! Even worse, the answer you receive as rude as possible: it is what it is! Your problem!!! The elevator door made a horrible noise as if using a jack hammer which made it literally impossible to sleep at night. I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely not recommended.

They could improve the rooms and the breakfast area. The bathroom door in room 415 wouldn’t close, also there was hair on one of the beds, this means that they didn’t change the sheets and the bed smelled bad. Apparently.The breakfast is included, but then you’d have to pay 5 dollars for eggs. Also, the breakfast was bad, it had bread, cereal, juice and coffee. It lacked protein.

Always a great stay. The room is vlean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the continental breakfast is perfect. I have stayed 4 times so far and will continue to stay when needed.

The staff the night I checked in was not accommodating & not smiling at all. With regards in the room, it was okay but I hope that the washroom will be cleaned properly, thanks.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, the staff were polite. Parking is free. The building is quite run down and dingey, the room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned (for example, hair on the bathroom counter). Didn't feel the most secure. Wifi was weak in the room, two bars sometimes one.
