Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen für eine Zwischenstation nahe Sevilla. Busanbindung in die Stadt ist gut, ansonsten gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Junior Suite war schön und geräumig, bei der Ausstattung gibt es allerdings einige kleine Mängel: die Bettdecke besteht nur aus einem Laken (wobei im Schrank noch zwei Wolldecken bereit lagen). Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör oder zumindest ein Wasserkocher waren nicht vorhanden - das hätte ich bei Junior Suite erwartet Der Hotelpool war angenehm, es gab aber keine Infos, wo Handtücher gäbe. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, beim Service wäre allerdings Luft nach oben

Très bien, la descente au niveau -2 du parking est compliquée avec une voiture moyenne…

Chambre propre et spacieuse, bonne literie, isolation phonique très bien, personnel agréable. Piscine appréciable après la journée de visite. Parking souterrain payant mais très pratique. Ligne de bus directe en face de l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ville historique en 35/40 min pour moins de 50cts le trajet si vous achetez la carte multi trajets rechargeable tussam à la papeterie de l'autre côté de la rue. Pour le petit déjeuner si vous ne prenez pas à l'hôtel, la café à côté sur le placette est excellent, permet de découvrir la vie de quartier de manière très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel dépanne bien le soir car l'offre de restauration est limitée dans le quartier.

No muy agradable. El hotel normal, sin grandes problemas. La habitación tiene un extractor de chapa en el techo y con el viento da golpes como si martillaran todo el tiempo. Pedí alguna solución y no hicieron nada.

Hotel was located near enough to airport (about a €20 taxi ride away). The staff was very nice as well. Unfortunately there was some misinformation provided by Expedia. The website stated the hotel had an indoor pool that was heated. The hotel only has an outdoor pool with a bit of cover and the pool is NOT heated (note this is not a "Karen" kinda review, the staff explicitly informed us at check-in when we asked if the pool was heated that the pool was outdoors and not heated). Additionally, the rooms were average at best. We were on the 10th floor and there was a mini ant infestation in our room. The windows surprisingly opened all the way (like a person could fall out if they leaned too far) which unfortunately led to poor insulation and therefore every car honk and acceleration could be heard very loudly in the room. We had a surprise visit from the maintenance guy who apparently came to fix the leg of one of the beds we didn't even know was broken, and when calling down to reception to confirm this required maintenance we realized the phone was not working. Also, due to the time of our arrival (1700) we were not so pleasantly surprised to learn that the restaurant did not offer the standard dinner hours (or even a LA carte/rooms service) we're used to. They closed at 1600 and did not open again until 2000 (which was not great news considering we had 2 hangry children with us). All in all the hotel is rated 4 star but I would rate it meh... 2-3 at best.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in for a full-day Gibraltar visit. We parked our car in La Linea, and walked across the border to our hotel—about a 15 minute walk. Clean hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast food choices. Highly recommend.

It was nice

Only stayed one night, quick check-in by friendly staff and they promptly supplied a kettle, when asked but had to use glass bathroom beaker to make tea. 2 large single comfortable beds, efficient a/c and large bath/shower room. Lifts fantastic and available quickly. All was good apart from my neighbour constantly in and out, slamming his door loudly each time, but that's not the hotel’s fault. Pool open and very over-looked by surrounding apartments/offices, so no privacy and although states heated, the water was cold and seemed to be only heated by the sun. Lots of eateries nearby and a Carrefour mini-market. Very regular bus services in front as far out from centre.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in a family room. The hotel is well located for what we needed, visiting family nearby. Onsite parking is a great advantage and well worth the €13 per day to avoid wasting time looking for a parking space. The family room is spacious and clean. My only suggestion would be that they put a lock on the bathroom doors as both times we’ve stayed the bathroom hasn’t had locks.

Bad sound isolation in the room , I was in the corrnervroom near lifts and were 2 corridors were joined, could heard people walking, door smashing etc. Bathroom needs updating, but the bed and pillow were comfy. Swimming pool was closed due to not season.There is a charge 13€foUnderneath parking
