Hotel was good clean modern rooms. We did not get a cleaning service until last day at 4 pm. I only mentioned that because the couple we were traveling with got room cleaning everyday. Otherwise the hotel fine.

Chambre très tranquille. Hôtel très bien situé. Personner très courtois. Quelques déceptions mineures quant à l'entretien de la chambre, mais suivi très apprécié de la direction. Je recommande malgré ces accrocs et y retournerai sans doute.

Parking very tight for large SUV’s

The property is close to everything just about, so you can park the car and forget about it.. The hotel offers many great added bonus features.. such as wine vending, pool, and interactive escort robot.. The bed is firm and may require a mattress topper or 2 to make it comfortable..

Close to old Quebec the only issue is the underground parking is not meant for a large vehicle for first time people driving in there we upgraded to valet and got to keep truck on first level as there were open spots.

Overall nice hotel. Easy access to the old port and restaurant.

Great location in Quebec City just outside of the city wall. Quick walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Super Lage am Rande der Altstadt und auch sehr ruhig. Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel s'est montré très accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons rencontré est que la climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionner de manière optimale, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour.

Very well located not far from the city wall. Very pleasant stay.

Le valet a notre arrivée était très serviable mais il a oublier de nous laisser notre coupon de vélo. Le lendemain on avait pas de coupons. Le nouveau valet était bête et on avait l'air de le déranger. Faire un suivi:)))

There was no way to communicate with the front desk as there were no phones in the room. They provided a QR code to send messages or call. That system didn’t work. Or they ignored the messages. There were no amenities in the bathroom.

Chambre correcte. Les Fenêtres sont mal insonorisées donc chambre bruyante. Le lit etait confortable. Bien située par rapport au parlement et le château fro tenac L'hôtel mériterait sont propre restaurant car le petit déjeuner chez st-Hubert n'est pas digne du standing voulu par L'hôtel. Nous avons préféré manger a l'extérieur. Parking facile d'accès.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for the money. The facilities were well maintained, and the service met all of our expectations. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Gretta, who was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
