Hotel was okay, cleanliness was suspect. Bedsheets smelled a bit. First room had smoke in it, so had to request a change of room. Customer service was just okay, a bit rude at times, but managable. Can't say enjoyed the stay here. Won't stay again for sure.

Our room had mosquitoes swarming, we woke up with at least 10 bites each. Bathroom was extremely small and shower was unusable.

It was perfect! The staff helped us order pizza after we arrived late. We slept through our alarm as it was so peaceful. We were not charge late check out . Very happy all around!

The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!

All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient, especially considering we were a large group. The only drawback was that the walk to the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. However, we easily took the bus from the train station to the hotel and arranged transportation to the cruise port without any issues.
