I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start, I accidentally made a second reservation for the following weekend and reached out immediately, but the manager refused to issue a refund or make any accommodations, which felt very unreasonable. During my stay, there was major ongoing construction right next door and looks like it will take a year or 2 to complete, creating constant noise and disruption that made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 per night for my daughter to stay in the room, with no clear explanation or justification. The room itself had several issues as well. The toilet repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The towels provided were extremely rough—more like sandpaper than something you’d expect from a hotel. Lastly, the beds were very firm and became increasingly uncomfortable after multiple nights, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, between the poor customer service and the numerous comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we came back just a few weeks later. Very clean, modern, and nice inside. The staff are always kind and eager to help. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains are a nice touch. My husband and I came this second time for a fun little day trip. There is a great gastro park right across the street that we ate at and ending the night in the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. I paid the extra $22 for the breakfast buffet for the 2 of us and it was so worth it. All the food is delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing. Safe, clean, and very professional. I just wished the had a mini fridge. My dinner was a Aguachiles and unfortunately had to throw it away. Mini fridge would be amazing in all rooms. I stayed in a regular 1 bed so idk if higher suites had them.

Clean room. Great staff and a restaurant downstairs with pretty decent food and geat fresh fruit and walking distance to a food court and pharmacy which was pretty nice. The worst part about the property no vending machines. No restaurants. No, nothing to drink or eat late so make sure you bring it with you.

El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo el perosonal es muy amable y servicial. Solo que tuvimos la sorpresa de que añadimos desayuno al momento de reservar en la app y en el hotel nos informaron que no estaba incluido el desayuno de mi pequeño (menor de edad). En el hotel mencionaron que era cuestión de Hoteles.com y Hoteles.com menciono que eran las políticas del hotel. Nuestro malestar no fue cuestión por dinero del costo del desayuno de niño o menor, si no que me resultó absurdo que no se incluyera desayuno para los 3, solo para los adultos, que si hubiera reservado para 3 adultos si le incluiría su desayuno. No lo mencionan en las políticas del hotel al añadir alimentos, ni se me informo con anticipación en la app para yo poder añadirlo manualmente o por lo menos informarlo pata tener conocimiento del costo extra al llegar al hospedaje y no nos cayera por sorpresa.

Habitación en condiciones aseptables, un poco notorio el pasar de los años, en especial lo que más que incomodó fue el ruido excesivo por la puertas al abrir y cerrar
