The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean and modern. The staff is very attentive and everything is done really well!

Great place to stay

Clean small hotel, few meters away from bus stop travel time to venice 25 minutes by bus. 7 minutes away from venezia mestre railway station.

Everything was perfect. It was a short ride to the airport so the location was convenient.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Great breakfast buffet (even though it cost ). Well worth the price.

First of all the check in was alright, the staff neglected to tell us that to visit san Marco you needed to book ahead 24 hrs on line, we even asked.they just told us were the bus was to get to Venice. During the night it rained extremely hard, everything was flooded. Although not their fault the rain came through the elevator shaft and my husband just got off in time or he would have been stuck. There was no power. One of the toilets backed up and the stench was horrible. There was no way to have had any breakfast it was disgusting. Their restaurant menus is very limited We where not impressed at all. We spent money on the hotel that was not worth half of what we paid. The tables outside were always dirty no one cleaned up. The room I booked was good except the bathroom is small. But still can get by. Breakfast for a fee is good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location off the highway. Bus right out front of the building to go right into Venice. Bus dropped us just before our hotel on 2ay home. Room was very nice and the garden to go and have a drink in was great. Staff very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel for its free parking and quadruple rooms. The hotel is easy to get to from the main road, it’s got good parking and it’s quiet. The room was nice, good bathroom and amenities. It would be perfect for family travelling with small children. It was a bit snug for the. 4 of us travelling with teenagers but one room was our choice to keep costs down. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars not 5 is the buses to and from Venice. They are very convenient, the stop is directly outside the hotel and the journey is only about 25 mins but the buses were packed and at times a bit of a nightmare. They run every 10 minutes or so which is great but there was no max amount of people, they just squeezed you in!! It was August but most people weren’t tourists, so I suspect it’s often like this. So Hotel is great, the location is great and the bus into Venice is convenient and easy just a bit unpleasant but it wouldn’t stop me recommending this hotel or staying again.

Bra hotel nära motorvägen och ca 20 min bussresa tlll Venedig. Perfekt om man bara ska stanna en natt. Gratis parkering och bra frukost.

Es war einfach alles Super ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .

Bodde här under några dagar och trivdes överlag väldigt bra. Hotellet har en mysig atmosfär och personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är bra – bara ett par minuter till bussen som går direkt in till Venedig, vilket gjorde det smidigt att ta sig in till stan. Restaurangen var en positiv överraskning med riktigt god mat – kan verkligen rekommenderas! Frukosten var helt okej, även om den inte stack ut. Rummet var något slitet och städningen kunde vara bättre vissa dagar, men sängarna var sköna och nätterna lugna, vilket gjorde att vi sov riktigt gott.

The hotel was a great way to visit Venice, staying outside the city centre and keeping the prices down. The hotel was clean, efficient, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast and a nice garden area where we had a G&T when we were ready to go out in the evening or when we returned. There is a bus stop literally just across the road from the hotel which was easy to then get the bus into the city centre. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Park Hotel Ai Pini in Venice was excellent from start to finish. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the main island, the public transportation access is incredibly convenient—right in front of the hotel—making it easy to get to and from Venice. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food: breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals in the evening. It’s a perfect choice for those who value comfort, great service, and a peaceful setting outside the busy tourist areas.

We stayed for one night and arrived late at 22:00, the personell helped with questions and offered us help with no question. Rooms was nice for family with AC, queen ned and 2 seperate beds for the kids.
