Breakfast was great. One of the better buffets I've had. Lots of fresh fruit and options. Staff was incredibly nice. They even left me a birthday card, flowers and earrings. Incredible!

Great place to stay

Clean small hotel, few meters away from bus stop travel time to venice 25 minutes by bus. 7 minutes away from venezia mestre railway station.

Everything was perfect. It was a short ride to the airport so the location was convenient.

First of all the check in was alright, the staff neglected to tell us that to visit san Marco you needed to book ahead 24 hrs on line, we even asked.they just told us were the bus was to get to Venice. During the night it rained extremely hard, everything was flooded. Although not their fault the rain came through the elevator shaft and my husband just got off in time or he would have been stuck. There was no power. One of the toilets backed up and the stench was horrible. There was no way to have had any breakfast it was disgusting. Their restaurant menus is very limited We where not impressed at all. We spent money on the hotel that was not worth half of what we paid. The tables outside were always dirty no one cleaned up. Very bad experience. Thank you. Giovanni Magnante. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone
