Had a great stay!

Very help staff, especially with luggage. Clean. Quiet. Nice stay.

The staff was excellent

We always stay here when we have to catch a plane the next day. Super convient and restaurants walking distance.

Very convenient to Sunport Car Rental Return and Airport dropoff if needed

Convenient location near airport. Room was too small for 3 adults, layout was very uncomfortable and hard to move around.

I like the convenient location to the airport. Didn’t care for the night staff who checked me in. The facility used to be one of my favorite places to stay. However it seems to be in need of renovations. I won’t be staying at this location anymore.

The pool was not kept up. Some random people tried to utilize the pool area

I found the room clean. We had plenty of towels and supplies. When we did contact the staff, the were responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying at this Best Western in Albuquerque.

La localisation proche de l’aéroport. Les moins : vaisselle jetable pour le petit déjeuner. Une climatisation bruyante. Une chambre peu lumineuse. Une mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres. Un changement de serviettes demandé non effectué.

Close to airport. WiFi did not work and was unable to finish a project before left in morning. Called staff at 7 pm and they said they would have the WiFi reset and get it working. They never did….

The elevator was not in service, room was clean ok but probably needs upgrades

Excellent customer service from staff with an always happy to assist smile. The Breakfast was the best and the option of going to Village Inn restaurant was a good option too. The room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. Parking was free but my large SUV was hard to park but it all worked out. Very close to the Airport and the highway. I recommend to my family and friends.

in my room some one spilled a pancake syrup when i was walking around was sticking to my feet had to put 4 or 5 napkins on the floor to walk on the floor breakfast was great at least twice when i was staying maid tried to enter but safety latch blocked her do not know why she was trying to entr about 7 pm

We didnt end up staying here because we had driven 22 hours that day and we're still 2 hours away from the hotel. We just could not go on. It was almost midnight. We asked for a refund since we couldn't make it. It was a hard no from the management at the hotel. They would not even consider it. Any other place would have been sympathetic to our situation, especially since we didn't even stay and the fact that it was midnight. The worst customer service and management. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Ever!

The lighting in the room was dim. Other than that, it was an excellent motel.

Paper thin walls, and the shiwer in the next room was so loud.. could not sleep

The front desk staff were amazing and gave us good recommendations. Transportation to the airport was great, hotel was clean, pool area was very nice! Outdoor doors were being slammed all night long behind our room which made for a rough night of sleep.
