Parking was a bit challenging, but overall, our stay was positive. Location is great.

This is a VERY DATED hotel and the room they put me in was directly above the noisy bar/nightclub which was not great in the middle of the night when I wanted to sleep. The staff was kind and helpful but this place needs to be torn down and replaced or a gut remodel at the least. Can’t believe how expensive it was for the condition it’s in.

Perfect spot, close to the beach and pet friendly. Nice walking trails, lots of food options. Enjoyed the stay.

Right near beach but very busy area, noisy. Both nocs yelling and people almost coming to blows on the street. Close to stanley park.

I guess there is a beach view but our view was the parking lot. The hotel was nice and clean and our room had a refrigerator. We were in Toronto over night-when I booked with Expedia I thought I was getting a room close to the port where we could catch our cruise but I was mistaken-it was a 10 min. ride. Seems like a great hotel in Toronto but I wasn't in the city long enough to see it's a good local place to stay,

Not really a beach view. our room was above the lounge off the Main Street - which was noisy We found ants in our bathroom on the last day

Ideal for walking around and public transportation

La ciudad es muy bonita, tiene parques muy bonitos para caminar. La habitación es cómoda, pero tenía un olor desagradable que reportamos en recepción, pero no solucionaron el inconveniente a pesar de haber indicado que habían personas alérgicas, el aire acondicionado y calefactor, tenían un ruido muy alto y no permitían el descanso.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Lift alt aber bei den Zimmern wurde renoviert. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett. Das Bad war komplett neu, die Dusche modern und alles sehr sauber. Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand.

Property looks old and questionable on the outside, but the inside has been completely made over like new.

We liked the location, it was an easy and pleasant bike ride to Stanley Park & very close to a lot of trails by the water. The room had some updates, but smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a bit difficult for us to find the parking garage, we had to circle around a couple of times in traffic before we called and they provided instructions.

Hotel was fine. Beds a bit smooshy but ok. Location was great and walkable to lots of restaurants. Good hub for anywhere in the city.

We had asked if we could bring our luggage in before check-in and they were great about that. Then the man helping us said he would call us once our room becomes available. A couple hours later I call in to check and a female said our room was available (sad that he did not call back). We had asked for room service to clean and get towels, and no one came by until we asked the cleaning staff directly in the afternoon. Later in the evening, my 7 year old walked in first and saw a mouse run by. So, my husband who is a manager/technician for bed bugs and rodents, he was able to locate and record the mouse. They were generous to locate us into a new room.
