Everything was clean and in order. The restaurant was fantastic. Two small suggestions. Add USB charging outlets to the bedside desks. Add a lamp with an outlet at the work desk in the room. It would have been nice to pug in my Laptop at the work station.

The Coadt was great however in the future for guest staying I worry to keep all sports teams on designated floors as I felt there was a lot of disrespect from children not being watch by there parents as hockey balls flying at us going room the pool to our room and lack of dis respect when calling down to from desk as parents weren’t be responsible of making children be respectful to other patrons of the hotel . We were not there for a tournament it was personal use and being hit hard in back , legs and the face with Hockey Balls is unaccustomed behaviour in a hotel.

This place needs a serious update, definitely showing its age. Many things need repairs, beds are worn out, noisy pipes, etc.

Overall hotel is clean and affordable good for a quick one night stop, didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant but the hot tub although clean was a little on the cooler side. Towels were also a little bit older so a bit rough. Other than that good overall

I had to cancel my future reservations, too many issues, noises, smells, room changes, etc. The place is dated and in need of upgrades.

Staff were kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant has great food and drinks. It's also close to other restaurants and stores so I'd say it's in a convenient location. I'd stay here again.

Room was good and supplied what we needed for our quick 1-night stay. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded and the water features were not turned on which was disappointing.

Loved my stay there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the hottub, pool area and all the amenities.

For the price of room was expecting more for my dollar. In the middle of winter they had AC on which we didnt releize at first, and there was two space heaters because it was a split room so we plugged in heaters and blew the circuit breakers. Staff seemed upset that they had to come fix for us. Also lack of security in parking lot. The two vehicles parked beside us had their windows smashed and contents taken from vehicle. Next time i will book at better hotel.

Room was okay. However the service was worst than terrible. No water in the room even when asked they were like we don’t provide that you can get it from the vending machine!

Our room seems to have been tastefully renovated recently. The furniture is modern and snows little to no signs of wear. This hotel is a full concrete construction so noise resonance is minimal unless you get a pack of elephants above you (which we had on night two of our 3 night stay; staff were quick to resolve the issue of noise past quiet hours) The room had some qwerks like the placement of light switches and the lack of ceiling lighting which leaves the room darker than I would find ideal. I think another lamp in the corner would brighten it up nicely. We didnt really want to leave our window as there is construction outside (not their fault but something to note) Beds are comfortable and clean, pillows are fresh. Showers are warm, however our main tub fill did not fully seal (not a real issue for us) Another tip we found is the coffee is TERRORABLE IF making one cup. What we found thay worked was making 3 cups and mixing them together which evens out the flavor. Making a single cup, we found it to taste earthy. The bar fridge in our room is there.. we had an issue fitting in a cheese and sausage tray (family size) but it will accommodate 8 cans on the door and a few snacks and leftovers. Staff were friendly and when a concern was raised they were quick to deal with the issue. Parking was tight, and this is something to keep in mind. A local liquorstore is within 100m of the front door, tims is a 2 minute drive, a convienice store is a two minute drive the other way.
