Gelogeerd in het nieuwe gedeelte, echt prachtig. Mooie kamers, grote douche, rustig gelegen. Ontbijt was lekker met veel vlees- en kaasbelegjes, zalm, maar verder wat beperkt. Enkel sap en water. Geen smeerbeleg, geen komkommer, geen patatjes of worstjes.

Great place in Leuven. Better if breakfast had been included in the price.

I suggest having USB charging ports in the room

The location is great; almost geographically center in Leuven and so much is close by. Staff is multilingual and willing to help. The room was lovely and spacious with a deep jetted tub for relaxing in the evening. There was a fridge in the room which came in handy. The neighborhood is quiet. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment. The bar/restaurant were on par with prices in the city center, though the food portions were large by European standards. The WiFi is terrible which accounts for the rating. There wasn't a location on the property where I had more than 2 bars, and it often dropped entirely leaving me with LTE data. This was the case on my phone and laptop. I would not stay here if I was working and needed reliable internet. There isn't a lot of free WiFi in town either, so be prepared to use up your data plan. Surely better hotel connections are possible, especially in a four-star hotel. Really my only frustration but it ended up being a big one given the purpose of my trip.

Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom.

This property is very well located near the Centrum and yet in a quiet area. We were a bit disappointed because the advertisements show, apparently, their top level rooms. The room we got overlooked a parking lot. For the price, the room was a little small and the furniture a bit worn. The shower floor was extremely slippery (maybe the material? or whatever is used to clean it?) to the point of being rather hazardous. Skimpy supplies with only soap provided (no shampoo, lotion, etc). Upon checkout, hotel staff was sympathetic to our concerns, but not much they could do about it. We did not eat/drink at the hotel so cannot comment on that part of the operation.

Fantastic hotel. Good breakfast but 5 minutes away 5 euro less at local restaurants. The WiFi is not so great. Not sure why video performance is so bad on their wifi.

Very quiet, excellent staff and breakfast

I am staying in the new extension of the hotel, which does not seem to have been fully renovated yet. Additionally, there is a lack of proper connectivity between the main building and the new extension. Regarding my room, it is spacious and features a separate bathroom and toilet. However, it is somewhat inconvenient because the two rooms are located at opposite ends, and there is no handwashing facility in the toilet. Moreover, the coffee machine is not functioning properly and is covered in dust.

Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath.

The rooms, shared areas and bar were great and it's a beautiful building in a nice, quiet part of town. I do think the breakfast is very expensive but apart from that, a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay, great breakfast, room spacious & clean. Staff friendly &helpful. Enjoyed our visit to bar, friendly staff. Ate at Curatio restaurant which was 5 star. Nonie & Barry
