Phenomenal place to stay! Booked this property twice on our trip to Brazil. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready but they were set up to allow you the ability to store your luggage and change to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. I left my oura ring the first stay and they found it and kept it over a week without us even having a follow up reservation. Forgot to put the sign on our room for no house keeping one day. There was stuff all over the place including a MacBook and tons of cash but not a penny or item was missing and everything was neatly placed on the tables around the room to make the bed and refresh the bathroom. We were also offered a late checkout due to our late flight. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this property!

Solicitei um andar alta colocaram a gente no segundo andar. Pedi um apto silencioso e estava bem barulhento. No primeiro banho o chuveiro não fechava tive que chamar o serviço de manutenção. Pelo valor esperava mais

Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming back, sorry.

Vista pra praia, hotel limpo, quarto confortável.

Très bon petit déjeuner, frais et varié. Vue sur la plage depuis la chambre très agréable. Chambre nettoyé et serviettes changé tous les jours. Petit bémol sur les toilettes qui se sont bouchées 3 fois, cela a été résolu rapidement mais gênant d'aller voir la réception pour leur demander de déboucher avec les besoins qui ne s'évacuent pas. Sur les langues parlées par le personnel, il etaot noté Français mais aucune personne ne parle un seul mot de francais donc si vous ne savez pas parlé Portugais, Anglais ou espagnol, cela va être très difficile de se faire comprendre. Sinon je recommande l'hôtel qui est très bien situé, dans un bon quartier animé et sécurisé.

Quarto com vista a praia. O que mais dizer desse hotel lindo. Nota 10. Serviço 10. Local 10. A espera por o elevador de vez em quando demora, mais fora isso, um EXCELENTE lugar pra hospedar.

Great view from the rooftop pool. Located directly in front of beach. Restaurants were good and local. Staff was very kind. Room service was good.

This Hotel is far away of being a 4 star Hotel. It is very basic and way to expensive for what is offert.

Es un hotel viejo, el drenaje no es el mejor, los baños tienen un olor desagradable todo el tiempo. Deficiente servicio de sillas y sombrillas de playa. No dan botellas de agua de cortesía. El menú del desayuno está muy básico pero aceptable. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno, el personal amable
