I booked 2 rooms but 1 of the rooms are not cleaned properly which we didn’t mind too much because we want to have fun in our stay. But then, toiletries are mislabelled, body wash labeled as shampoo and shampoo labeled as conditioner. I raised the concern to the housekeeping and expecting us to be like “dogs”, asking us to smell before we use the gels for showering which are mislabeled and are almost identical from just looking. Housekeeping even thought that we’re asking for a cheap take away shower gels which we thought are not there because of all the mislabeling. And one of the receptionist is brazen enough and told us that we aren’t gonna die even if use use the gels wrongly.

The options for breakfast was fantastic and delicious. Clean towels we got every day. The cookie and computer that was accessible. Maybe it should be pet free...seen some hair in the hallways. That turns me off.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, the pool area is so fun for the kids, and the breakfast is fantastic. We love coming here for a family vacation every year. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice, the pool was fun for the kids and the breakfast was good with many options. Upon arrival there was only one staff member to greet us and they were trying to book something for other guests so we had to wait 15 minutes while they did this. There is lots of contruction around the building and the pool has a temporary zone where a handrail should be When booking through expedia no where did it say we were booking a room in the basement, the pictures and options all showed a window or a balcony door. When we arrived in the room the egress window was way above my head with no option of being able to reach, let alone the kids being able to climb out if needed. We asked to swap to a room on another level and were charged an upgrade fee (which was not communicated at the time). When i questioned this on check out the staff said it was due to the upgraded room with a fireplace and AC, as we didnt want the basement. I explained we didnt need those extras, it was that we didnt feel safe in the basement of a hotel in case of fire where we wouldnt be able to reach the window. They said sarcastically, "well use the door like everyone else" to which I replied "obviously we would use the door, but if the exit is blocked the window is not an egress option". I dont like confrontation or leaving bad reviews, however, coming from someone who is safety conscious this response from staff didnt sit well with me. Just a warning for others to check the room type before booking.

The staff is helpful and we have a decent view of the mountains!
