Clean, welcoming, close to the train station and good breakfast

Very modern. Our room had a closet, comfortable beds, good lighting, and a desk, with large windows overlooking a quiet street. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. Shower floor can be slippery, but there is a well placed bar to hold on to.

The hotel was lovely and clean, it was very well located close to the train station. Facilities fairly basic (no pool etc) but for somewhere to stay that’s great at the basics, this is the one. One things to note - guests can get free tea & coffee from the area next to reception (we weren’t aware of this until the last day but it was certainly well appreciated once we did know).

Very friendly receptionist. Make my day after a tiring day of travelling. I stayed in single room. Room size adequate. bed is comfortable. Nice to have coffee tea and water at the lobby. The only thing to get use to is the lift button that does not light up. 😂 Very please with the hotel. Now I will keep a look out of chamade chain of hotels in my next booking.

Safe, easy reachable from st pieters and the inner city

The trum wasn't working so it was very quiet. The location is near the train station, but it takes about 30-40 min walk to the old town. Or need to take trum from train station with EUR 3 for single ticket/6 for round ticket/9 for day ticket. Very few place for food nearby. The room was nice and clean. We had problem with the drain in shower, but second day we met the cleaning person, she solved the problem although she couldn't understand English. The cleaning wasn't standard though. Two nights the bed looked different, toilette paper looked different, the previous person left some tea on the small bedside table was still there. But overall was nice and clean. There were tea bags and coffees in the room and refilled on the second day. You could also use the coffee machine in the lobby and get different tea there. (For free) Staff was nice, but it was a bit confusing because they could charge the city tax when you check out. (I asked, so I paid when check in)

One of the best hotel that I had during my Euro trip. It was spacious and clean.

Location close to train station and International conference centre. Plenty of nearby dining options.

Tweede bezoek… voorafgaand aan een ziekenhuishuisopname….zeer dicht bij het station, iets verder weg van de highlights… maar voor ons zeer praktisch. Niet zo hip maar zeer zeer zeer netjes

Lovely hotel, clean, well presented and comfy beds. Decent sized room with great walk in shower. Tea/coffee making facilities (though cups were a bit small). Located near the station and walkable into Ghent (or get a tram nearby). Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Tren istasyonuna yakınlığı sayesinde diğer şehirlere de rahatça gidebildik. Otel görevlileri çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.

Muy bien todo

L'albergo era molto bello, stanze spaziosissima e letti super comodi, bagno con doccia perfetto. Il personale gentile, professionale e disponibilissimo.

Chambre de bonne grandeur et confortable, personnel gentil et aidant. Proximité de la gare, mais à bonne distance de marche du centre historique de la ville. Quelques choix de resto près mais un peu limité si on ne se déplace pas au centre-ville. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner en raison du prix.
