Nice hotel, room was very clean and comfortable.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. We were charged $299 per night. I expected prices to be slightly inflated due to Parent's Weekend at USC, but this place was terrible. Outside of the delightful woman who checked us in, it was downhill from there. 1. TV did not work, it would freeze up constantly 2. The toilet made an extremely loud noise after flushing. (They did fix this). 3. There was no conditioner in the room. I asked for some and they said they were out. 4. The fire alarm went off because of steam from the shower. This happened at 6:30 in the morning when other guests were sleeping. I asked why this would happen and they said it was very rare (we heard them going off in several other rooms) 5. The shower drained very slowly so there was and inch or 2 of water 6. The AC did not keep up.

There were bugs in my room, crawling around on the table. Now i have to hope they are not in my bags.

The condition of the hotel was great! It was quiet and clean! The breakfast was a little iffy but that was okay. The staff was beyond wonderful!!!! SANGITA made our stay very personable and great!!! It was a great experience for us!

The hotel was very nice overall. The rooms, televisions, furniture, etc.. were updated and clean. My only complaint is the smoke detectors were easily set off from the shower steam. The fire alarms went off three times during my visit (with hotel staff having to come into my room two of those times) in the middle of me showering. It was very inconvenient that the detectors were so sensitive. I also wish there were more options for the continental breakfast. The days that I went, it was the same: sausage, eggs, and biscuits (as the hot options) along with your typical options such as yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, etc... It was a great hotel. I would stay again but they have to get those smoke detectors fixed. The staff was also friendly and flexible in making accommodations for the room.

The beds were clean and somewhat comfortable but the bathroom was filthy. The floor had visible dirt on it and there was already something in the trash can when I first went into the room. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in days. The refrigerator and microwave are from the late 70’s maybe early 80’s and with the increase in prices for these rooms everything should be a bit more updated.

The front desk representative was very friendly. The hotel is noce, clean. Breakfast was ok, but theyvput out llvery little eggs and sausages and they were coldwere cold.

Everything was clean check in customer service was great. The lady at the front desk really nice. The room was clean. The pillows is basically the only reason why they didn’t get five stars. I feel if I stay in a hotel and it’s just mainly to spend the night and get rest that the pillows should be a lot better ten lumps

Comfortable for a one night stay.

Staff was friendly. The property and rooms were very clean. There were two things that were undesirable. #1. In the hotel lobby and 1st floor air conditioning is perfect but in the halls after stepping out of the elevator it is uncomfortably warm on the 3rd floor. Once in the room it was better but having to experience this every time leaving the room was a issue for me. #2. There was a loud sound that would come on almost every 15 minutes then go away, not as bad when awake and talking but when trying to sleep it is very annoying! I DID NOT COMPLAIN or mention these things to staff or management because they appear to be a normal part of operations. However, these are some areas of improvement to make the stay better! I would stay again but only if I could stay on the 1st floor to avoid the issue with the warmth in the halls.
