Was there with family. Felt more conducive for business trips. Hotel wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for. Felt like cheap furniture.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do metrô e pontos turísticos, fizemos vários a pé. Opções de restaurantes tb. Ótimas instalações, cama muito confortável, tamanho e limpeza do quarto e banheiro muito boa tb. Uma delicia o café da manhã, com muitas opções. Voltaria com certeza!!

Room was excellent. Staff great especially Phillippa at breakfast who was efficient and very helpful. Also Aziz at reception when our flight was cancelled he did everything possible to help us and to organise a room for another night.

Very high price because of the fair. Bad smell in the lobby, in the room. From the changement from NH to Avani the conditions go down and down every year.

The person at the reception was amazing he was patient and helpful, he helped us with restaurant reservations because my brother and I don’t understand German. Breakfast was great the staff there were very nice and friendly

El personal de recepción muy profesional. Alex en la recepción fue mucho más allá de las expectativas de servicio. Tuvimos un percance con una pieza de equipaje que Iberia extravió y él se apropió del problema y nos apoyó hasta el fina. Merece un reconocimiento especial.

Room needed work. Couch/futon was dirty/stained, room seemed over used.

Avani hotel's location in the old city (Altstadt) is central and next to all the big shops. Nice, modern decoration in the public areas. Staff at the reception was very accommodating. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The espresso machine with capsules was a big plus. Only the towels were a little tired/old. I also took the breakfast option (20€). Big variety but the usual hotel stuff. However, you can order eggs any style at no extra cost. No decaf espresso (only instant). Overall, good value for money, it wouldn't be my first option but I would stay again.
