Location is perfect. I was on the top floor and after entering my room there is a bathroom but then 15 stairs to get to my bed. Cute but not ideal if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Place is otherwise fine. My neighbors were smoking out their window and since I had my window open I had to smell their cigarette smoke. That part of my stay absolutely sucked but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was included and decent enough. I was told I couldn’t get anything later than a 11a check out.

The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. Offering maps and clear explanations of things. The location is very close to the center so great access to all things. Great for a short stay in a wonder city

Ideal location for a weekend trip to Leuven. Staff were very helpful & inclusive breakfast was very good quality

Hotel is perfectly positioned in central Leuven. The hotel does not have a car park but offered discounted rate at local car park. The hotel has a small lift to all floors as the stairs can be steep with lots of luggage. The rooms, were basic but nicely presented. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, eggs, salmon, breads and luxury teas. The staff were excellent and polite. I had a 1 night stay for business.

The staff were friendly and nice. The hotel location is convenient for someone travelling by foot. Very walkable city from the hotel’s location. The building is cool on the outside. Very nicely restored. But it seems like most of the renovations funds were spent on the lobby and having an elevator. The rooms are rather dated. They also smell old, like the building is from 1800s. There mold is starting to grow on the bathroom caulking. It is a perfectly fine place to sleep and have a quick shower, especially if you are booking last minute (like I usually do).

Big noise from the street, bathroom require renovation and better cleaning, very dirty walls in the room

The property itself is mostly ok and decent for a 3 star hotel, however the huge issue is the lack of hot water, especially at night and in the mornings. I had to shower in what was at best luke warm water in the evenings and mornings. Not something you want when it was a cold 8° outside. Doubt I will ever stay there again

Mooie locatie, vlakbij Grootmarkt en Station. Grote kamers, comfortabele bedden. Ik vind echter dat de price te duur is vergelijken met de faciliteiten die ze aanbieden (geen bar, geen waterkoker in de kamer). Personeel is vriendelijk

Mooi gesitueerd tegenover het theater. Ontbijt ruim van opzet. Mooie ruimte ook met afbeeldingen van voorstellingen. Nette bediening die graag een babbeltje maken.

Perfect stay at the heart of Leuven. Warm welcome and very well-sized room in a little outdated hotel (I presume it is a historical bulding). Restroom was also spacious and spotesly clean. Breakfast was served in a beautiful high-ceiling room overlooking Leuven main street (definitely they should be using that hall more!).

Very happy. Everything fine (personnel, superb location, breakfast, cleaning, wifi, free water everyday). Only a small safety box was missing in my room.

Ruime kamer en de locatie is perfect, je bent gelijk in het centrum. Ontbijt vond ik niet speciaal maar wel gewoon prima en de kamer was wel gehorig. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad!

Gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf schöne alte Gebäude.

The bed was extremely small

Wij vonden het niet makkelijk om de goede parkeerplaats te vinden dus een andere gekozen maar de hele stad was wel duur .
