Séjour agréable malgre certains points restant à revoir tel que l’insonorisation des chambres, la réactivité du personnel spécifiquement à la piscine qui ne viennent pas prendre votre commande après plusieurs appels, qui ne vienne pas non plus lorsque vous les appelez pour un probleme de parasol ou pour demander des serviettes Petit déjeuner excellent et variée avec un personnel qui y est attentif, établissement propre et bien entretenu,

First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday.

Terrible Experience – Definitely Not 5-Star Quality We arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in at 3:00 PM, as clearly stated in the booking confirmation. However, the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM – over 2.5 hours of waiting with no proper explanation or apology. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, showing no urgency or concern for guest comfort. The hotel does not reflect 5-star standards in any way – in fact, it doesn’t even meet the expectations of a 3-star. The rooms were outdated, worn down, and frankly, dirty. Carpets stained, bathroom not properly cleaned, and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The pool area was just as disappointing – most of the sunbeds were broken or heavily worn, and there was an overall feeling of neglect. This place has clearly not been updated or properly managed in years. For the price and brand name, this was a huge letdown. Would not recommend and will not be returning. There are far better hotels in the same area that actually value their guests and maintain basic standards of hospitality.

Accueil au top. Attention.par contre pas danimations le soir pour les jeunes enfants. Des soirees animees par des chanteurs chanteuses. Repas de qualité.

Hôtel récemment rénové avec des parties communes très agréables ! Personnel au petit soin, et très bon petit déjeuner. Animation le soir de qualité!

Good staff service and excellent facilities

This property was excellent and we loved our time here. The breakfast was brilliant and had a good range and staff were very helpful! The hotel smelt amazing and was very clean and the pool and spaces to relax are awesome. Only downside is the bathrooms do not have a douche and the showers were problematic where it would be hot water then suddenly change to cold and then back to boiling hot. Also this hotel is slightly away from the main strip with restaurants (walking distance approx 1 hr) however, you can easily take a cab there for approx £4 pounds. Overall we loved our stay here and it was excellent!

This place is incredible. Photos do not do it justice. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The only thing I would say is you wait a while for a drink on the terrace but a party from that everything was perfect. We will be back

Le service est très insuffisant, il faut sans cesse réclamer des choses manquantes : peignoir, serviettes, gel douche… et relancer 2 ou 3 fois ! Pas du tout au niveau d’autres Sofitel en Asie, en France ou à l’île Maurice par exemple.

Beauté du site, de son emplacement et convivialité de la conciergerie. Avec les vélos électriques du Sofitel nous sommes allés jusqu'à la marina d'Agadir par la promenade du bord d'océan : à faire absolument !!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Sofitel Agadir. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse et parfaitement propre, offrant un véritable cocon de détente. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est impeccablement entretenu, avec une attention portée aux moindres détails. La cuisine est un vrai régal : variée, savoureuse et de grande qualité, chaque repas a été un plaisir. Le service client est tout simplement exceptionnel. Chaque membre du personnel est aux petits soins, anticipant nos besoins avec une grande discrétion et une véritable volonté de faire plaisir. Mention spéciale à Mehdi, qui a été remarquable tout au long du séjour. À l’écoute, professionnel et toujours disponible, il a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable grâce à sa gestion parfaite et son sens du service. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement, où luxe, confort et qualité d’accueil se conjuguent à merveille.

Mycket trevligt hotell med personal som gav ett mycket bra bemötande, fick hjälp med problem som uppstod under vistelsen.

C’est dommage qu’il faut redemander des produits car ils n’en mettent pas assez

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very friendly staff, delicious food and services. I will be back!
