Tout était parfait propre et personnel super et surtout une dinguerie de petit déjeuner

Wir sind sehr gerne im Henriette Stadthotel in Wien – das Ambiente, das Personal und die Lage gefallen uns sehr. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Die Teppiche sind an einigen Stellen fleckig, besonders im dritten Stock und vor unserem Zimmer 303, auch im Zimmer selbst. Das wirkt etwas abgenutzt im sonst gepflegten Hotel. Außerdem möchte ich eine Beobachtung teilen: Am 01.01. war eine Kollegin an der Rezeption stark erkältet. Sie tat mir sehr leid, und ich habe großen Respekt dafür, dass sie ihren Dienst durchgezogen hat. Als ich zwei Tage später selbst krank wurde (mit nachgewiesener COVID-Infektion), musste ich an sie denken. Ich habe selbst jahrelang an der Rezeption gearbeitet und kenne die Situation, eigentlich krank zu sein, aber trotzdem arbeiten zu müssen. Für die Gäste ist das allerdings schwierig – eine Gratwanderung sozusagen. Abgesehen davon fühlen wir uns im Henriette Stadthotel immer sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

A wonderful small hotel, designed with circular principles. Rooms are Scandinavian style, light with nice colors and natural materials like wood, steel and wool. Cleaned without harsh chemicals the air is fresh and a cute furnished balcony made it feel like home. Beds are luxurious equipped with linen, down and sheep wool - best sleep ever. Food organic and much home made, the staff are young and very service minded, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. Centrally placed with the Ubahn on the doorsteps and nice cafes nearby. I hope many people will experience and appreciate this fresh place that is based on the Cradle to Cradle principles. Love it!

Erinomainen huone hyvillä palveluilla. Siisti huone joka täytti vaatimukset oikein hyvin. Sijainti kaupungin keskustan tuntumassa, josta liikkuminen helppoa. Suosittelen!

Excellent healthy breakfast and lovely new cafe on the bottom floor. Great coffee too.

A wonderful stay in this lovely city hotel. Varied, locally sourced breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet and spacious bedrooms . In a great location for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna either walking ( if like us you dont mind a a few minutes walk ) or by using the metro which connects you to all just about anywhere you would want to visit including Schonbrunn.

The employees were very friendly, efficient and professional. They made this stay just wonderful. The reason for not five stars is because there was no coffee in room or in reception areas. And very limited food. The breakfast bar was good, byt I would like to see a coffee option in room or in receptionists, and mote options in the afternoon.

We arrived early, they held our luggage. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful with recommendations.... that were spot on! Great lication to walk everywhere. The best shnitzel is right across the street.room was clean with with an amazing balcony view. Would stay here again and again. Check out with gentleman was effortless.

Loved everything location, breakfast except the bath tub is too high hard to get out
