Nice hotel with friendly front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning was great. Walkable distance to so many great dining places, shops, bus stand, train station, and even to some of the historical sites.

Breakfast is good ( croissant, bread, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cheese ) for $10 fee per person. No A/c in the room and one table fan per room. I saw oil heater though. We need to keep the window open for fresh air. No Fridge, one microwave and toaster in the dining hall. Walkable distance from gare-du-nord train station, grocery shopping, bars and restaurants and metro station. Very very vibrant community of people you would see outside the hotel. Bed is clean. They do change towels Every day and fix the bed. Only one room key. Though they won’t allow early checkin , they do helped us with luggage storage. 24/7 - beer, cofee, milk vending machine.

Excellent room for 3 that included breakfast. Clean, spacious and comfortable with two fans in the room for airflow (no air conditioning). It was perfect for our needs, and near gare du nord. The only issue was the area. The traffic was so loud. And locals gathered just below the hotel and surrounding area, talking loudly and forcing us to keep our balcony doors closed. And after a long travel day, we were hoping to buy some food and wine to enjoy in our room. But that didn’t happen because the nearby marche told us that alcohol can’t be sold past 7pm due to “insecurities” in the area. We felt relatively safe, but it concerned us and would make us reconsider for future trips.

I didn't like it is in a bad neighborhood too noise at night loud music you can't sleep

For sleep ist very gut, clean und the people are very friendlly.

Cute AF with a wonderful corner street view from the 4th floor. Hugo was lovely, the street noise bubbling from down below made for a fabulous Parisienne feel.

Good budget hotel. Good location but this particular neighborhood feels unsafe with many people hanging around all day and night Just a block away it's quieter. The hotel is fresh but the larger rooms don't have AC which becomes unbearable when the heat hits.

Not bad but didn’t have Air conditioning

The property is in a good location, very close to the Tube entrance. The area is nice and feels safe. The breakfast inclusion is a great option. The downside is the room is too small.

Checked in on late notice as flight cancelled. Paid 1450 AUD for two nights in a quad room. Room had no air con and 2 fans to cool down same. Could hardly sleep cause room was so hot. Breakfast was croissant, bread, spreads, cereals and coffee. Nothing available for my gluten intolerant wife. Great area to stay however hotel is vastly overpriced l.

Not worth the price paid, very basic hotel. No AC, no fridge in room, not enough towels. Breakfast choice very limited. Location outside hotel felt unsafe at nignt. Near metro station so convenient to get to places.

The room faced the street and because there was no A/C we had to have the balvony doors open. So much neighbirhoid nois we and sirens. The 1st night was very hot. Thankfully the manager loan us a fan.

Meget venligt personale, smilende og hjælpsomme - det var virkelig dejligt! Beliggenhed okay i forhold til restauranter og transport muligheder. Nabolaget er meget afrikansk og man vil opleve livlige gader særligt i aftentimerne, det gjorde dog ikke mig noget, det var bare en god og anderledes kulturel oplevelse. Ingen aircondition på værelset, hvilket jeg ikke havde fået undersøgt inden booking, så første nat var crazy på grund af en dag med 33 grader og tordenbyger hele natten, heldigvis var der vindue på værelset som man kunne have åbent om natten - og et koldt bad inden sengetid hjalp også, haha. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, når man som jeg ikke drikker noget varmt og ikke er så meget til cornflakes og mælk. Man kunne vælge hvidt toastbrød eller croissant. Marmelade, ost og nutella pålæg. Savnede lidt frugt. Der var æble- og appelsinjuice.

Front desk clerk was super sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, we checked in and went site seeing. Got back very late with young kids and discovered our bathroom had a serious black mold issue. Hotel was full and we couldnt move. Next morning the clerk told us they were aware of the issue, and were scheduled to remediate it that week, but opened the room anyhow because it was full. My boyfriend woke up with a migrane, likely triggered by the mold, which ruined half of our last day of our trip. We complained to management and requested a refund. They would only give us a partial credit. Very unsatisfied with the unhygienic and unsafe condition of the room- and with their inadequate response.
