Fint rum o badrum. Trevlig personal o hjälpsamma. Läget är bra med spårvagn o buss direkt utanför till allting i Bryssel. Väldigt nöjda - familjeresa!

Hotellet som helhed er fint, ganske pænt, personalet høfligt og venligt, men meget lydt på værelserne, og jeg havde det uheld at have meget støjende naboer.

Hotel vétuste, chambre kitsch ça encore ça dépend des goûts, mais l'état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, les joints de la douche étaient moisis, l'ensemble de la chambre a besoin d'un rafraichissement urgent. Certains meubles avaient besoin d'un coup de vis, je pouvais à peine poser un objet sur la table sans risque de faire tomber le plateau.

Location was perfect for visiting relatives in Ixelles. Tram lines one block away, easy walk into city center. Staff friendly and effective, expect to return next trip to Brussels

We had an amazing stay. Sparkling clean and great location.

There is no air condition working. I complaint 2 times. My family sleep in hot room for 2 days. They said we have some technical problems plus they have only one lift other one is broken. When I ask them to get me refund they said I have to talk to hotel. Com first and then they return. Bathroom is broken and they have water cutoff today from 10.

Did not felt premium experience. I booked it on lower price than normal due to summer season but the service I got was the same

Room was 30 C when I checked in, and the AC didn't work. I specifically booked this hotel because they had AC listed. I was offered a bottle of water as compensation.

Das Zimmer war etwas warm und die Decken waren leicht beschädigt. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren zwar sauber, aber sehr alt – zum Beispiel war das Waschbecken beschädigt und alt. I booked the hotel as it was close to where I had an appointment the next day. This location is supposed to be a good area and the street is littered with Medical offices and other professional offices. I had not been to that area before. When I arrived on Tuesday evening, there was no doorman to help with any luggage etc, just a luggage trolley inside the first door, which was manual. I was too tired from the scrum I had just been through at Kings X to say anything. At check in, which is conveniently tucked away so unless you know where it is, you wouldn't know it was there at all, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who asked me for my ID and then checked me in. I was not asked for a cc card imprint, to cover incidentals, which is something that one generally has to do when checking in. He was about to give me a room number when he seemingly changed his mind and said that he would put me on the second floor, in case the lift broke down, so that I wouldn't have to walk up and down too many steps. I thought to myself, what a lovely considerate man but did not say anything as the prospect of lifts breaking down was not a good omen. I went to the second floor and went to my room, carrying my own bags, which I did not have a problem with. Upon entering the room and having a look around, I was to say the least somewhat unimpressed. The room looked and felt even more tired than I was. We had a lovely time at this hotel; although there were renovations taking place which we weren’t aware of (which woke us up around 8am on day 1) the staff were happy to move us to a different floor where the renovations weren’t audible. Great customer service! And the hotel itself is beautiful inside.

We did late check in and had to move into another room at 1am since bathroom shower leaks. No maintenance was available. We have 5 luggages and no assistance was extended to us despite my request. We felt discriminated despite my platinum status membership with Expedia. This hotel is a waste of money. Very terrrible.

Ottima struttura, in un quartiere molto bello, tranquillo e ben collegato. Peccato x cuscini e materassi un po scomodi.
