Reservations 3 mos in advance and staff seemed surprised we were checking in. Asked us to wait a few minutes, disappeared and returned to check in a large group who showed up after we started checking in. Took over 20 minutes to check-in.

Hotel was fine for the price. We had to request towels multiple times before getting them. Staff was very friendly

Jacuzzi didn’t work Key cards kept deprogramming Decor was given no attention They served the same bfast every morning and ran out of some items if you didn’t get there first Areas of the hotel were basically closed off and deserted We paid the same for a room with no microwave as those who did have a microwave Just a really disappointing stay

Rooms were not ready wasn’t able to check in until 430 pm. The pool area was dirty, hot tub didn’t work and no towels in the pool area to use. Tv remote didn’t work. Hot water was a hit miss when wanting to shower.

No fridge in the room kind of annoying the pool area was pretty dirty, no towels in the pool area, pool was quite cold and the hot tub was not very warm and the jets didn’t work. We’ve stayed here before a few months ago and it was a lot better but this time it was kinda of crummy for the price we paid

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a pretty average experience overall. The location is good with easy access to the river, falls, downtown, and a variety of restaurants. It’s in a prime spot if you’re looking to explore the area, so that was definitely a highlight. The only staff member I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, which was nice. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives started to taper off.The room itself was mostly clean, but there was hair in the bathtub, which wasn’t exactly pleasant. The pool was pretty cold, and the hot tub didn’t offer much of a respite either—it was also on the chilly side. And to top it off, the shower water was cold as well, which was a big letdown. If you're just looking for a place to crash for a night in a good location, it works. But if you're hoping for a more comfortable, relaxing stay, you might want to loo

For the price I would think they could do better on the breakfast. Very limited and poor quality

Stayed there because of price. Doesn't take long to figure out why its a cheaper stay than others. Dogs barking, people yelling in the halls, strangers knocking on the doors, trash all around the property.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from other guests echoed thru the hallway. I was surprised there wasnt a microwave in the room. The jets on the hot tub in the pool area didnt work, and was luke warm. The breakfast was good and the views outside were nice.

Dirty smelly not clean at all, sliding door on bathrooms. Cheap breakfast with very little options.

The floors were really dirty, and generally fairly run down.

The room we reserved was unavailable due to an issue with the lock so we were offered a free upgrade. The room was pretty basic, vinyl flooring, tub w/shower (very slippery), A/C worked fine, comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty basic with some hot food options and the same every day.

It was ok for a short stay , beautiful outdoors and close access to riverwalk . But the water in the shower was never warm and had issues with the bathroom door .

Checked into our room ( room 111) on the first floor in the late evening and as soon as we had everything hauled into the room, noticed that the room had bad water damage to one wall and there was black mold growing on that wall. It smelled so musty it was hard to take a deep breath. Told the front desk and they put us in two separate rooms on the second floor in a newer part of the hotel. Much better accommodations. The first floor hallway smelled like ass..... Went to the pool/ hot tub, but the hot tub was broken (was a main reason for using this hotel after a very long drive) and wasn't reflected on the website for the hotel. Hotel staff was helpful, but the hotel is in dire need of an update!!!

The original check-in clerk was rude. I had to come back. The second clerk who checked me in was sweet. I booked with Expedia and paid with them. I have to fight to get the $100.00 hold off my bank account. The property and pool were dirty. Do not stay here.

The hotel is old and poorly renovated. The tub had huge areas of paint missing. The toilet seat was loose. We rented three rooms. One room had long hair and a pubic hairs on the top of the comforter. The shower curtains absorbed water. They didn’t have a shower House keeping walked in without knocking. They were rude and insisted that we leave two hours early. Check out is 11:00 am. We tried to let them know this. We had guest arrive at 2:30am. They were woken up at 8:30 am They front desk service was very good. The views were great. Thank you!

Upon checking in, i was told there was a 100 dollar damage deposit. A week after being home they charged my bank account another 100 dollars. The bathroom sink was visibly damaged when we arrived. The counter tops had holes from old equipment everywhere. Only 2 pillows per room. Bathroom barn style door doors not have a handle inside and gravity kept it closed all off the time. The "orange juice" was imitation tang. The rest of the breakfast was cold and poorly presented. Overall bad experience. Considered checking out the first night and was told they would still charge me for the entire stay.
