Resent renovations have been done . Trying to get back in the grove of service . The staff was great to match us with the room that meet our needs . We like the area for the walk along the river and the view of down town. Eateries in the area .

Hands down I loved this Motel. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Lots of parking. You will not be disappointed. Don't stay at Motel 6 come across the street and come here

Older hotel but still comfortable. Great rate. Breakfast was a little understocked which they apologized for but the waffles were good.

I can't complain too much because I paid a very small amount for a night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay. The property is rather run down and in need of updates.

The staff were so kind and helpful! They were very welcoming to my children and were quick to offer help. The breakfast was yummy and they had good options to choose from. We played in the pool a lot! It was clean and quiet, though the water was on the colder side. The room was clean, though there was some mold in the corner. It’s my understanding that this property is under construction still, so I’m assuming the mold can be attributed to that. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a night!

Ecerything eas absolutely wonderful. The feont desk ladies were so very nice. I just have one thing, i never received my deposit back and was wondering if that is still coming?

Not sure if the hotel was not kept up on or they where remodeling but the property was in very good shape, the room was not one to shout out about, especially when the smoke alarm almost fell out of the wall and chirpped a couple of times, hated the sliding barn door for the bathroom it dis not want to stay open, i dont believe i will stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Staff and property were great. They have been working on updating rooms. The water pipes make a lot of noise when u flushed the toilet. Otherwise nice walking paths by the falls and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff, clean room and free breakfast was great.

The bathroom wasn't clean, there was a shortage of linens both nights. When we arrived the room was appointed with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth for a double room with 2 queen beds. Hot tub was cold and didn't work. Lotion dispenser in bathroom empty. The staff was helpful enough with the conditions they were given, a full hotel, limited staff and laundry shortage.

Raj, at the front desk was amazing; but that was about it. Rooms advertised being recently remodeled; but it looked like the work was done by teenagers on a community service project. Many punch list items still needed completion. Overall ok if you're looking for a bed/shower and are just passing through.

We once again arrived at a property where the hot tub was not working! No discount was offered. It would be appreciated if hotels offered a refund to book somewhere else

The hot tub did not work half of the stay. The staff was very nice but there was multiple times i had to wait at the front desk for someone for ovef 10 min. There was no way to communicate that i was there so the staff had no idea anyone was even in the lobby.

Hot tub jets didn't work. Pool had film around top and words in upper portion saying wash me. First room had a leak under sink and had to transfer rooma. Room keys quit working. Asked for toilet paper and towels several times before we finally received. Was compleelty out of toilet paper at one point. Breakfast was honestly a joke. Never had any of the food ready. They say breakfast until 9 am but they close it down before then. No coffee. Fake juice. Hot water was warm water. Etc.. I will say the beds were surprisingly comfy. Room size was good.

This hotel was understaffed. They didn't have extra towels. The breakfast was mediocre and took a long time because 2 of 3 burners were out, so it was really crowded. The hallways were loud all night.
