Excellent stay, free breakfast everyday was delicious and changed menu everyday. Pool and pool bar was relaxing after a long day. Best conch fritters! Strong drinks too! Visited with family and everything went smoothly. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Atlantis day pass was definitely the best value and reason why we chose this hotel. 5 min walk to Atlantis.

Very good hotel come with perks to Altantis, Breakfast was decent and we was satisfied with our rooms. Restaurant is nice food is good. When we checked in was a good experience. Friendly staff.

Our room was clean but the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Ran out of conditioner day 2 and now one refilled it. (we eventually asked) Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Slow slow service at the bar. Property could use a few upgrades and some TLC but wasn't in the room much. We had a good time. worked for what we needed

Comfort Suites is only a few minutes away (walking distance) from Atlantis, Aquaventure, etc. Its staff is very courteous, friendly and professional. The hotel provides free wifi and breakfast. And it is close to shops and restaurants. No complaints! Great value!

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and anticipated my every need. This was the most enjoyable stay I have encountered in years. The free breakfast was delightful. My favorite was the conch chowder served at the Robinson Crusoe restaurant. The conch was so tender. I throughly enjoyed my trip to Nassau and I was very pleased with my accommodations. Thanks to all the staff! Can’t wait to visit again. Rest assured the Comfort Inn n Suites will be my choice!💕💕💕

The breakfast was terrible. The water pressure was non existent and sometimes there was no water. Overall I would not stay there again.

This was my second time staying at the property, but my first time booking through Expedia. To my surprise, I actually received some additional perks by booking through Expedia like $50 food credit, drink coupons and more. I highly recommend this property considering that you get access to Atlantis daily great way to save money while having a five star vacation.

Travled here to visit and relax but the property was not as it was depicted in the pics and in others comments. They are under construction however things could be better. The bed was super hard and makes noises each time you moved the shower floor was noisey as well. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful but there were a few that were not so nice and we ran into some issues during check out. I highly recommend you get receipts for Everything!

Darrens at front desk was truly helpful always ready to assist and be of service he gets a 10. Calvin at the front desk was also helpful. Our house keeper Caffie was always pleasant. The staff at the restaurant could do with training in customer service. The food took a very long time to prepare and serve. The take out is ordered at the bar which doesnt make sense since it is 1 bar tender taking order and serving drinks. They need more staff to cover the bar especially if the hotel is full.

My family and I stayed here last week. We had multiple rooms. The staff was excellent (especially Darrens). Free breakfast was surprisingly good way to start each day. Swim up bar was excellent. They have a punch rum party every M-W-F and that was fun. Best thing about the property though is its location on the island. Shopping, Marina Village and Atlantis is all a block or two away. You have full access to Atlantis amenities too. Economical way to enjoy a full family vacation. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Suites. The day passes to Atlantis were excellent! The pool, restaurant, and out rooms were all very nice. It was a more economical way to experience Atlantis and enjoy all that the area offers. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Having breakfast included helped but unfortunately the hotel is dated as well, hot water and low water pressure made it difficult to shower which is essential when you're in a hot country.

This hotel has free breakfast and you get access to the Atlantis waterpark for free. So if you want to save money stay here. It was clean in the room and a very short walk to Atlantis. Second time staying here.

Unexpectedly pleased! Based on the reviews I read I had mixed feelings. However, once there I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the room we were in anyways, was just what you need. Nothing fancy but all necessary things were there-right next to Atlantis, clean room, fully stocked free breakfast every day and passes to Atlantis-you really don’t need anything else. I would stay there again, thanks!

We had an incredible experience; the staff was wonderful, and they took care of all of our needs. All the amenities and access to the Atlantis were absolutely amazing!

We stayed across the street from the Coral entrance to Atlantis. Along that walk you can turn off and visit the Marina area as well, which had restaurants, ice cream, various shops, and photo ops. Getting the wristbands to access Atlantis from the lower level of the Royal was not an issue each day. The breakfast each morning was very good, and we ate dinner there a few times too. My kids enjoyed the pool always being open. I asked the hotel to call a cab to get to the airport on our way home and it was cheaper ($55) than the cab that got me there. We had a couple small issues with the toilet and the phone in the room, but the staff was very responsive and resolved those issues quickly.

I would never stay here again unless I really needed to!! Having access to the waterpark is nice and I will say the hotel and housekeeping are super clean and diligent. However the front desk and everywhere else is horrible!!!! They did not want to accommodate our changes due to our flight and REFUSED to try. Laverne or whoever was extremely rude and didn’t even greet us when we walked in just said “What do you need” and she seems to overtake everyone’s job. She was disrespectful from the beginning and we did not feel any COMFORT at all!! Absolutely horrible never stay here unless you really need to! Housekeeping was great and that’s it.
