Amazing hotel, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean in every area. Great breakfast and lunch service. They brought us cookies to our room, I would definitely stay here again. Had an amazing time because of this hotel.

Close to the Atlantis with the possibility to use Atlantis' waterpark

I think property is too old. It needs to be upgraded, for example the furniture, the carpet, the bathroom, etc. If this hotel was not part of Atlantis it would be hard to substantiate the property higher than a 3. However, the staff more than make up for these shortcomings. They were super nice and helpful.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Awesome coffee machine - if you are a coffee drinker it’s worth looking for it. Clean pool area. I first stayed here 20 years ago and this is probably our fifth time. Doesn’t appear to have been updated at all since 20 years ago but it is clean. If you are going to Atlantis, this is a wonderfully affordable option as compared to the hotels on the Atlantis property. Plus, breakfast is included. The food in Atlantis is very expensive. It’s only a short block walk away.

Outstanding, friendly staff. Hot buffet included for breakfast was a great way to start the day. Hotel includes free entry to Atlantis aqua park.

Convenience of Atlantis access.

Great location to access Atlantis. Staff should notify hotel guests if there is a temporary stoppage of water. Otherwise overall great experience

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT HAS ROACHES! It is filled with roaches! From baby roaches to big roaches. I found one in my suitcase! Ruin our stay. We were in room 390, when we notified the front desk, the management is completely unprofessional and dismissed me! They did nothing! The staff could care less. Even after we left the hotel and had to change our flights and pay more money to leave the Bahamas a whole day early. They only reach out after we left back home and I threaten to post these pictures of the ROACHES & offered to give me ONE night free. After we left early, spent extra money on our flights going home. This hotel is very outdated. Breakfast is the same everyday & its gross. Only thing that is good about this hotel is how close it is to the Atlantis! And you can find another hotel nearby so you won’t bring roaches back home! This is APRIL 25th 2025!!!!

Near to the Atlantis with a lot of amenities. Room service left door open - must admit was hard to close due to door condition despite absolute no go!

The close proximity and Atlantis access was great! The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was okay, not awesome. The pool is not well designed - 3 of us hurt our toes on the pool step because it blends in too well. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and if we were ever to return I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Manager Branson Is the most amazing person I ever meet he made us feel safe

Very fast and nice

The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. The breakfast daily was nice. The pool area was pleasant. Atlantis was within walking distance and the facilities were available for us to use. I preferred the quietness of this property. The only negative I have is the beach is a distance to walk.
