Clean room. No problems

Rooms were dirty and not well kept. Air conditioning was spotty throughout the building. Door from the parking lot into the building were not secure. Door to the pool area from outside was not secure. Anyone could walk in the place at any time. One elevator bounced the entire time you’d ride. Free breakfast was disgusting. The door to the bathroom in our room would get stuck and we would need help from the people in our room to get out.

Rooms are very outdated beds were not comfortable, Hallway to room and room smelled like wet dog. Heard a dog barking it is pet friendly and that’s fine but it don’t need to smell like a boarding kennel. No chairs in Pool area. Breakfast was just ok. I would never stay here again.

The staff was very nice but I left my room because the refrigerator was dirty an had hair in it. They switched me to another room only to have hair all in the shower/ tub. It was cleaned and was very upset to see the second room was dirty as well. But one i told them about it they only said ok they will tell the manager.

Barking dog every hour. Told front desk earlier evening. She was going to “check it out” welp, it continued Tub was dirty and only cold was working in shower

Building was fine. Hot tub was hot and pool was good. Tiny shampoo bottle only lasted 2 days but staff gave out more. You don't get any maid service Friday to Monday. "Continental breakfast" was abysmal at best. There is a restaurant called Scramblers about 1/4" mile away- go there for breakfast.

Clean

Traveled with my two kids and wife and went to check in to our room Saturday evening which I had booked two double beds. I come to find out our room was switched to one double bed and a pull out couch that was VERY uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have been told this had happened, or given an option to cancel my room reservation before it took place! Man at front desk told me to call the manager first thing Monday morning to discuss. I called first thing Monday morning and kindly asked for the manager, however the woman who answered the phone (I have her name and reported it to corporate) was VERY rude and would not put the manager on the phone. Told me since I booked through Expedia, the hotel wouldn't do anything for me. Told me the manager didn't talk to customers about issues such as this. WOW! They have not heard the end of this from me.

Covenant

Beds were very small and extremely uncomfortable. Shower leaked. The bathroom/shower amenities were next to nothing. The outside of the hotel looked nice, but once you went in, it was not the same. The elevator did not feel safe, it pulsated constantly both times we used it, we chose to take the stairs. We travel a lot for sports, unfortunately this hotel will not be one we book again.

The shower was Luke warm and it drained very slow so you were standing in water while taking a shower

The hot tub didn’t work, no towels in the pool, th one bed in the room sink and wasn’t supported. Breakfast was limited and not very good. For the money to stay one night it was not worth it.

At $130 a night I expected much better than what I received. Upon entry there no early check in available due to the rooms not being cleaned yet. It wasn’t until 230pm that I was allowed to get checked in to my room and upon entry the room was still not clean. I noticed a dark brown or red splatter on the wall above the headboard that I was hoping was some kind I’ve beverage that must have exploded and not blood. I informed the hotel staff right away and asked that they have someone come and clean it. The staff said they would be by to take care of it and never showed up. One of the light fixtures was broken and hanging off of the wall. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall as well. The complementary soap and shampoo bottles that they leave in the room for guest half empty. I did not check to see how many rooms the hotel had but I was informed that there were over 55 guests checking in that evening & that’s why they couldn’t switch me to another room,that being said the free continental breakfast was extremely limited with one waffle maker That never worked properly and would have your waffle stuck to it to be peeled out no matter how many times you sprayed it with the spray that was meant for it not to stick. I was in room 102 which was the closest to the lobby so I assumed I would hear some noise but hotel staff allowed people to conjugate in the lobby past midnight, laughing, joking, and making a time of noise. Personally I wouldn’t recommend staying

I have booked for double bed room but I was given one kind bed, my 4 guests could not sleep, this is frustrating and unacceptable.

The carpet was damp and grimy, the smell of marijuana overtook the whole floor. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was garbage and dirty socks under our bed. The breakfast was decent.

There were crumbs in the bed and food residue stains on the sheets and pillowcase. There was garbage behind the bathroom door and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The soap dish in the shower was broken off. There was garbage in the nightstand. The AC didn't work. One of the front desk staff talked about us unprofessionally to whomever he was talking to on the phone about how we couldn't use the water cooler correctly.

Las áreas en general están sucias, falta de lo,pieza, el desayuno solo ofrecía café y huevo revuelto no muy agradable, ni jugo, no yogur, la chica de la recepción atendió despeinada a las 7pm, creo estaba durmiendo.

The place was ok..needs a little remodeling .It was ok for price and to stop and sleep
