The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff there and also the amenities that were offered the result was absolutely beautiful

It was ok, ice machine gave out ice with moldy black specks on the ice. The toilet would fill with water when another room flushed. Few bugs in the bathroom. Room door sticks so you need to slam it closed, this caused it to be very loud all night. Very expensive for just an average room.

I didn’t know there was a “motel” portion in addition to the main building. The Mountain View was really a parking lot view, while the bathroom was updated the rest of the room was tired, dark. No outlets, no usb outlets for chargers, the coffee and coffee maker you pay $19 “resort fee” for that comes with powder creamer and sweet n low (what is this the 70s) is horrible and weak. Pool not heated. Food service at pool ends at 4 and the walk to the restaurant to get food is long. Lakeside restaurant: chicken Marsala: overcooked fried chicken. Fried chicken is for Parmesan not Marsala. Morning breakfast we said we were in a hurry, waited and waited and had to get up and leave bc our waitress never checked and our order never went to the kitchen. I was expecting a lot more from a place that calls itself a resort to distinguish itself from the other motels on the Lake George strip but it was indistinguishable and I would have probably been happier and saved money at another place. Positive: location and view of lake from pool.

We couldn't ask for a better spot to spend our time in Lake George. Easily the most spectacular views of the lake. Comfortable accommodations, with great dining options on site, and great staff. There was something for everyone to feel welcome and entertained. Very family friendly (outdoor and indoor pools, plenty of green space,) while also having a fantastic veranda where you could relax, read a book, enjoy the lake views, and sip refreshments from the veranda bar. The location is a short walk to the lake walk, with shopping & restaurants. We look forward to returning.

I love the resort but I was not in a good room. The awning of the front entrance was my view and the night club across the street kept me up on both Friday night and Saturday night because of their loud music.

Just such a nice location. Walk to lake, beautiful outdoor pool, view is gorgeous. Attentive friendly staff. Great value.

Mensonge, les photos ne sont pas Vrai. Attention moi 203 section de motel miteux et non pas du tout le bel hôtel! Faut le savoir mettons..... Chambre sale mettons que de trouver des choses au sol, des gens avant nous est pas mal dégueulasse.et dégât eau apparent. Clim super bruyante, difficile de dormir. Sens humidité. Parking coincé et très mal eclairé. Ne vaut vraiment vraiment pas le prix payé, et hôtel n'a pas essayer de nous aider, a moins de payer des centaines de dollars supplémentaires.....

The hotel was located right in town so everything was pretty much walking distance. Exactly what I need being 9 months pregnant. The hotel is large. It has a main stay in the main building which I will assume is updates and then off to the side in a separate building more rooms which we stayed in. Not updated but it served purpose. Would stay again but perhaps in the main building.

Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room. It's too convenient to go out. It's located in the center of the city. Don't drive out. This is very awesome!

The 3 stars are because of the hidden fees at the hotel. They called it resort fees for the pool and other amenities upkeep. I'm not sure if it is charged just for third party reservations only.
