Alle Bereiche sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet hervorragend. Servicepersonal stets sehr freundlich und professionell.

Alles war gut. Gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen.

Zunächst war schwierig Parkplatz zu finden, am Abend stinkte das ganze Hotel plus Zimmer nach fettige Speisen. Frühstückbuffet war ganz überfüllt, personal nett aber etwa überfordert

Außen oldschool. Innen neu. Etwas zu viele Tischtennishosen. Aber das muss wohl so

Es war sehr gut.

Just a nice place

This is my goto for stays in Koblenz. Yea, its like a 20 min drive...but it is worth it! The rooms have been upgraded since the last time I was here. They look great. The breakfast buffet is just as I remember it...legendary. The surroundings are serene. Leave your window open and fall asleep to the babbling brook. Never hit the spa yet, but it looks comprehensive. Maybe next time!

Had super hot weather and no aircondition in the rooms. Excellent surroundings and a great gym.

Hotel juste FANTASTIQUE ! Vous allez vous en prendre plein les yeux. Tout était parfait. Une vraie perle perdu au fond d'une petite vallée pour un moment d'évasion et de détente.

This hotel is like something out of a fantasy movie. Spectacularly beautiful, with helpful staff, gorgeous sauna, etc. The problem is that they built the doors so well (heavy) that the underlying structure of the building physically shakes everytime someone slams ANY door in the building. And as the place is always sold out, the doors will slam a lot, as the people who were sharing the hotel with me were doing ALL NIGHT. Clearly based on the reviews (wonderful) this doesnt affect other people, but I just cant sleep when the whole bed shakes every 5-10 minutes. Ear plugs and white noise machines do nothing for this. I only got to sleep at 4:30am after I requested to get another room, or the last of the guests stopped coming and going. Either I was too exhausted or not but the other building (lift 3) did not have this problem. Or the room I was in 112 was the particular resonance chamber of the hotel because its right over this room (see picture in the mystery noise room)? Who knows? It appears most Germans have no problems sleeping through the equivalent of the Jurassic Park T Rex glass of water scene all night, so all Germans disregard this review. The hotel is amazing otherwise. I just cant rate the comfort over 2 in my review when you get less than 3 hours of sleep a night. I booked it out of the way location so as to get a good night sleep so I was particularly frustrated with the situation.

Toller Aufenthalt. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, abends tolles Buffet. Toller moderner Spa-Bereich. Kinderfreundlich mit einigen Freizeitaktivitäten- Bowling,Tischtennis,Wandern, Schwimmen...
